Spoke with client in regards to our previous site visit. Client has an attorney involved who is going into a deeper investigation on this flood.

Service to run waterlines in between the furring strips of the back side wall to the kitchen sink drain location and install a dual angle stop on the hot side and a single cold side any goes stop. Matt’s plumbing will install new nail plates in order to protect the clients waterlines as the new cabinetry and countertops are installed. Service to discard the old 1/4” rolled copper ice maker line for the ice maker. Matts plumbing will tie into the cold waterline in the attic and install a new recessed Icemaker valve box behind the clients refrigerator. Service to install a new 40 Gallon electric medium water heater with a new full port brass ball valve and flood pan in the laundry area. Price includes all parts, labor, standard two year parts and labor warranty, etc. Need to return to hook up kitchen sink. Roughed in new water to kitchen sink. New water heater. New ice maker box.

Will demo exterior block wall on pool deck behind kitchen sink. Will replace hose bib with 1/4 turn hose bib and Wing L mounted to wall. Will patch concrete back to rough grade only. Price is based on CPVC pipe inside of wall, if pipe is copper or galvanized price will be subject to change upon discovery. Customer was informed of this prior to work commencement. We only warranty materials we provide and install.

Water filtration system installation for a residential customer. Installed a new Watercure USA water softener and filtration system that will help remove iron and sediment from well water. The quality of the water in the home is now up to the customers' standards.

Demo block wall and found 1/2 inch galvanized nipple in poor condition. Unable to unthread from T. Scheduled to return with mega press tomorrow morning. Will cut out and replace T using Mega Press and transition to CPVC with new hose bib and new dual angle stop under kitchen sink. Will also patch wall back to rough grade only.

Arrived to the clients business to find that the sewer is backing up in every restroom. Opened the underground cleanout inside of the warehouse and found the pipe to be full. After further investigation I found that the commercial complex is running on a standard lift station. Testing on lift station shower a fuse loss/ no power entering the lift station. Lift pumps alarm has also gone dead. Client to contact the landlord and request them to send out their septic/ lift station repair guys. Client to call us back if the landlords lift station team isn’t available.

Gave estimates for kitchen drain replacement and RM 308 drain repair. Matt’s plumbing does price match jobs up to a certain degree.

Estimate provided for a new disposal and dishwasher installation.

On todays visit we did a simple walk through to determine what caused the client to have such a severe water failure within the home causing a large amount of internal property damages to occur. Client described an event of simply attempting to shut off the water in an upstairs bathroom that caused improperly installed CPVC water lines to begin to water hammer in the sub floors and exposed areas of the piping. This water hammering in addition to the improper installation caused the extremely brittle water system to begin to rupture in multiple areas. The repairs to this water system is only going to buy a very short period of time before this event reoccurs. Recommended the immediate replacement of the water system to avoid this same event to occurring again. Approximate cost to replace this water system will total in the $18,000.00 range and will require the home to have tile and drywall repairs.

Today, I worked on a plumbing project that involved improving the quality of water in a home. We installed water filtration systems and tested for any impurities or contaminants to ensure the family had access to clean and safe water.

Gm used his own card as the business card had insufficient funds. Drain problem for lint trap, snaked to clear right at the exit of the Lin trap and pulled out lots of lint. Trap started to drain at a fast pace. No warranty on drain as it needs to be properly washed down and cleaned to prevent further back ups

Has major water leak under home on hot water side and water heater not working
