Recently replaced disposal that was rusted and had crack along side. Insurance requested that homeowner replace rusted flange but upon inspection determined it best to replace disposal and homeowner approved. While installing disposal I noticed that sink is outdated but it’s in functional condition. Cast iron drop in sink with no cracks or significant damaged that would require it to be replaced other than aesthetics.

Had an emergency service call , I called Matt’s plumbing, they told me they were available same day , Chris came a few hours after my call , very nice and friendly person, fixed my problem. Price is fairly reasonable. I’d recommend Matt’s plumbing.

The crew was wonderful. They obviously knew what they were doing and were very good at it. The majority of the work was done outside at the sewer drain line coming from the house to outside. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, answering and explaining exactly what they were doing. Matt’s Plumbing definitely has a new customer who will be utilizing their services in the future when needed.

Jaasen explained what he thought needed to be done where I could understand exactly what he was talking about. He was aware I’ve had “quick fixes” in the past, and suspected something else was going on. He arranged to have someone with the camera come out and that way we would know for sure what needed to be done as he was only able to visualize a very short area of the drainage pipe. Very knowledgeable and professional which was appreciated.
