Very professional

I was told that my pipes had collapsed. After breaking the foundation, removing the pipes, and seeing them myself for $11k they were not collapsed and in fact were solid cast iron that needed to be flushed out. In fact after the work was done the city has been in my neighborhood doing maintenance on the sewer pipes. So my issue was not what I was told it was. After the initial work was completed we were told that we also need to rip up the pipes going out to the street for an additional $9k. When I asked what the condition of those pipes were I was told that they had collapsed and that there is no way water or anything would pass through them. Before our second meeting we did a test and the water was moving just fine. I requested a camera of the pipes this time since the pipes were clear now and we could see what was going on. We got our answer: the pipes were clear and out to the street was in perfect condition for PVC with zero indication of any blockages. After calling the mistake we were asked to pay up front. The plumber did not admit fault and requested an additional $3k worth of work for a clean out. The work still isn’t done and we are having a very difficult time getting basic things like trash picked up. The quality of the labor seems to be good but so far the information has been bad. Still waiting on information on the type of vanity, the agreed upon toilet to be delivered, and trash to be picked up. The communication was good at the beginning. Very responsive to phone calls and texts. The more tike that goes by though the less responsive they are being. I am told that trash will be picked up the following day two or three times now and it is still out there. My neighbors are beginning to complain and I am now worried about being fined by the city. The work total so far is $15k with $1000 deducted for previous work being completed. Getting top of the line toilet, a plastic shower pan, and some type of vanity though?? Got a clean out and new piping from my toilet to just outside of my home.

Excellent Service!

Worked very fast to address the issue which was embarrassingly simple! I understand the minimum fee for service calls but $180 for a chain adjustment is certainly too steep but the service was fantastic.
