First of all Matt’s plumbing rep that came out and assessed the situation was professional, answered all my questions and explained what exactly will happen as well as price and the time that’ll take to complete the job. After that Jerry, the actual plumber, showed up on the day that was promised to me. Jerry brought all the materials and handled them carefully. He did a great, thorough and clean job. Since I was there, Jerry was able to walk me through all the steps and explained how the system worked and what I’d need to keep it in good shape for many years to come. I’m very happy with my experience with Matt’s plumbing and particularly with Jerry. The reason I gave 4 stars for the cost / pricing of the service is because it was more than I wanted to spend, but the company that came before Matt’s plumbing and offered same service for less, couldn’t do the job due to complications that they sow with the plumbing going to my house. Jerry did it with no problems. Keep up the great work that you do.

I called and had a scheduled appointment made same day which was great,if everything would have been what they said over the phone . 1. I was told it was a free consultation and I was charged once the employee got here. 2. The next day we went out because we heard water and sure enough there were parts broken that were never mentioned before he left,mind you there was no broken parts before he got here nor were those parts the issue I called for to be checked out . Now I’m left waiting another business day to see when someone can fix the leak that was created by them. So much for the 24 hr service .
