Service to Repipe the water system for a one bathroom Mobile home in pex water lines, install a new Moen shower valve, and make a minor drain repair to the master bathroom lavatory drain. Matt’s will apply a standard 10 year leak free guarantee and a 25 year manufacturer warranty.

Gm used his own card as the business card had insufficient funds. Drain problem for lint trap, snaked to clear right at the exit of the Lin trap and pulled out lots of lint. Trap started to drain at a fast pace. No warranty on drain as it needs to be properly washed down and cleaned to prevent further back ups

Replaced two hose bibs on side of home as the old ones where starting to leak and run water when off. All was tested and good.

Gave options for new solar water heater, hybrid heater, and tankless. Customer needs new heater because of insurance. Any water heater will be replaced and plumbed up to code.

Recently, I repaired a malfunctioning InSinkErator Badger 5 garbage disposal unit. The issue stemmed from a seized motor and jammed blades. After ensuring the power was disconnected, I used an Allen wrench to manually rotate the motor from the bottom to free the blades. I then removed the blockage—a small metal utensil. After reassembling, I tested the unit with water flow to ensure it operated smoothly without any leaks or noises.

Today, I installed a Rinnai tankless water heater, focusing on energy efficiency and space saving. I mounted the unit on an exterior wall, connected it to the home’s gas supply with a stainless steel flex hose, and integrated it with the water system using copper piping. Electrical connections were secured to power the digital control panel, ensuring precise temperature control. A condensate neutralizer was installed to balance the pH of discharge, safeguarding the plumbing.

Discussed future rebuild with client. He need 3” flappers, 3 fill valves, and 3 supplies. No charge for todays visit.

Client is looking to have a new dedicated waterline run from the main water service to the new washing machine. Client to contact a handyman to shop the pricing at this time.

Needs dual angle stop installed. I also informed customer his water heater is a 2002 unit and it should be replaced also on a shelf with no pan.

Toilet was still not flushing well, I was able to clear and toilet flushes great now. We already replaced hall bath toilet, water heater, hose spickets around house and today replaced valve under sink. I removed pop up for sink so water will drain. Inspectors notes indicated dish washer wasn’t running water but the inspector never turned the dishwasher on at the water valve. Water does go to dishwasher. But homeowners will most likely replace anyway. Sinks are all operable and functioning correctly All hose spickets have been either removed permanently or replaced. Home was repipe a long time ago and most hose spickets on the house were never reconnected. I replaced all others or removed disconnected hose spickets.

Estimate provided for future water filtration system to be installed. Client currently has a failed softener, chlorination, retention tank, and some type of a carbon media system. Provided quote for a new iron zapper and mixed bed filtration unit to clean and filter water properly with less moving parts.
