6 month old softener not getting power. It’s a rheem softener. Took apart to look at insides of unit.gave options for better quality systems. Also tried to plug in different outlet to see if it would work

Replace the main drain from the back of the home cleanout to the front of the city cleanout. 2 year parts and labor warranty can be applied to that section in the event that there is an issue due to installation. While uncovering mulch and irrigation lines before digging, noticed irrigation was already broken and disconnected prior to digging. Photos attached. Payment through Greensky.

Estimate provided for future gas work to be ran to a whole house generator.

I recently conducted a leak detection service after a customer noticed a stain on their master bathroom ceiling. Using a thermal imaging camera, I identified a slow leak from a deteriorated pipe joint above the bathroom. The pipe was accessed and the faulty joint was replaced with a new copper fitting, effectively sealing the leak. The repair prevented further damage to the ceiling and underlying structures. Regular monitoring is recommended to catch future leaks early.

Bathroom sink upstairs needs replacing, leaks from overflow if sink is filled to the top. Disposal was installed from friend and didn’t knock the drain block out also screws weren’t tight to disposal I tightened and knocked block out. All is good no leaks and dishwasher can drain now.

Arrived to clients home to verify issues related to low water pressure within the home. Clients had already had system bypassed and needed us to come verify that was the cause.

Checked ice machine, issue isn’t plumbing related. Back filled pump.

Customer called for water all over floors this morning when they woke up. Upon further inspection found that multiple rooms were affected by water damage. Preformed static water pressure test to insure that there was no slab leak. Found home to be holding 65psi water pressure. Next, found that the toilets were backed up inside of home and not draining. Removed cleanout cp located under the window in the front of home and preformed video inspection on sewer system found customer had a main line stoppage. Snaked line clearing blockage and ran large amounts of water within the home. Found that the master bathroom toilet had a faulty fill valve that caused the water damage in conjunction with the main line stoppage. Preformed a full evaluation of the sewer system once the line was open and flowing and found the stoppage was caused by a bellied PVC wye fitting. Please see estimates on how to rectify issues. Checked meters for pipe leak. Meters not moving

Service to run a standard leak diag/ report service. Found multiple failure points within the master bathroom shower. Shower doors are allowing a significant amount of water from the base due to improper sealant on the doors themselves. Identified and found multiple failure points in the grout, the lack of a shower base sealant, as well as splitting drywall, baseboards, seams, etc. Moisture readings are through the roof all around the master shower. Estimates provided to remove shower doors, demo shower, and install a new rubber shower pan to proper code compliances. Client will still need to have mold remediation, drywall removed/ repairs, carpet removed, tack strips removed, base boards replaced, tile work needed, shower doors reinstalled, etc.

Put gasket in tub spout that eas missing. Installed access panel.

Checked on main shut off valve. Everything operating as it should.
