Unable reach on so called 24*7 customer service number. Tried 10 times and left voice mail but no reply. I hope someone reach out to me with service requests.

Service was prompt and willing to explain about the situation
Customer called for water all over floors this morning when they woke up. Upon further inspection found that multiple rooms were affected by water damage. Preformed static water pressure test to insure that there was no slab leak. Found home to be holding 65psi water pressure. Next, found that the toilets were backed up inside of home and not draining. Removed cleanout cp located under the window in the front of home and preformed video inspection on sewer system found customer had a main line stoppage. Snaked line clearing blockage and ran large amounts of water within the home. Found that the master bathroom toilet had a faulty fill valve that caused the water damage in conjunction with the main line stoppage. Preformed a full evaluation of the sewer system once the line was open and flowing and found the stoppage was caused by a bellied PVC wye fitting. Please see estimates on how to rectify issues. Checked meters for pipe leak. Meters not moving
Service to run a standard leak diag/ report service. Found multiple failure points within the master bathroom shower. Shower doors are allowing a significant amount of water from the base due to improper sealant on the doors themselves. Identified and found multiple failure points in the grout, the lack of a shower base sealant, as well as splitting drywall, baseboards, seams, etc. Moisture readings are through the roof all around the master shower. Estimates provided to remove shower doors, demo shower, and install a new rubber shower pan to proper code compliances. Client will still need to have mold remediation, drywall removed/ repairs, carpet removed, tack strips removed, base boards replaced, tile work needed, shower doors reinstalled, etc.
Put gasket in tub spout that eas missing. Installed access panel.
Checked on main shut off valve. Everything operating as it should.
Run plumbing to new outdoor kitchen. Return saturday after cabinets installed.

Explained to customer the location and it being abs piping that is not strapped up to code the way it should be and what we would have to do to repair is the reason for price.
Will provide and install new Hose Bib in place of defective PRV.
Video camera showed lots of sand and calcium buildup. Client is a GC and is going to have his team come by and make necessary repairs/ attempts at repair. If client needs our services he will call us back out to possibly pinpoint the break.
Service to run full leak detection service on a 3 bathroom home. Inspected toilets, heater, main water service, etc. Everything inside and outside looked great until we diagnosed the leak on zone 1 of the irrigation system. Client was losing water at a very gross volume from a failed sprinkler head to the left middle of the driveway. Client to have irrigation company repair head. Please let this invoice serve as proof of water loss is repaired.
Assesses mounting brackets and screw, found they are stable and secure. Caulking around sink/wall has dried out leaving a gap, sinks are only moving when large amounts of pressure are applied. Gave customer estimate and recommendations to help alleviate this issue.
Provided customer with options. Explained we will need to reset the under Mount kitchen sink and they will need a new disposal since it is not working. Customer stated they are going to talk to the builder first since the house is only a year old and are having this issue.

Service to jackhammer through the slab foundation of the guest bedroom closet area to make necessary repairs to the underslab CPVC piping. Matts plumbing will bury our work after testing and then recement the flooring back to its original rough grade. Clients insurance company will be held responsible for the new flooring replacements, painting, drywall repairs, and baseboards.
