I replaced five leaking 1/2" compression angle stop valves today, three in the guest bathroom and two in the master bath, using Brasscraft quarter-turn ball valves. I applied thread sealant and Oatey furnace cement on the new valve installations. The customer scheduled a repipe job for next Tuesday/Wednesday, requiring cuts and sweating of new copper lines. A confirmation call will be made on Monday.
Site visit. Garbage disposal working properly and vented. Toilet checked with proper ventilation.
This estimate shows what Matt’s plumbing services would charge if we were to do the entire job without any prep work customer would be willing to do. We will trench concrete/Brick approx. 20 ft. Exposing branch line to guest bathroom toilet and shower. We will also replace waste arm to lavatory sink, if needed. We will install new 2” schedule 40 pvc drain line for shower and lavatory and install new shower pan liner. We will install new 3” or 4” schedule 40 pvc for the toilet line. All work will be permitted and inspected. After inspection is passed we will return to backfill trench and rough patch concrete.

Went out to resolve water softener system issues, at a customer's home. Discovered the underlying problem was with the salt levels in the system. Rebalanced the salt levels to resolve the issue for the homeowner.
Performed routine maintenance on the water heater in a residential home. The maintenance ensures that the system is working well and limits the need for repairs. Tightened the unit's loose fittings, but overall the system is working properly for the home.
Contacted by a residential customer in need of water heater repairs. After inspecting the system, found that the water heater was nonfunctional due to old age and lack of maintenance. Recommended to the customer that they have a new one installed. They will call once they have decided which system they would like installed.
On arrival basket strainer under sink was duct taped all the way around the strainer, also noticed build up around the tubular drains. I replaced basket strainer with a brand new strainer and stopper. Also replaced p trap and waste arm. I found straws and build up in the drains I removed. All was tested and good no leaks.
