Found no salt in brine tank. Tested water and found no chlorine present and water testing 8 for hardness. Tenant recently put in a bag of salt. System appears to be functioning properly at this time. Advised they need to add 200 lbs of salt and maintain brine tank 1/2 way full. Quoted to replace with a better system and also to provide/install salt for current tank. Tenant insisted he would take care of salt himself.

I had to pull and reset an upstairs toilet at a residential property. The toilet had become unstable and was rocking back and forth due to a deteriorated wax ring seal. I carefully disconnected the toilet, removed it from the flange, cleaned the floor surface, and installed a new high-performance wax ring. I then securely reset the toilet and ensured a proper, leak-free seal. The fixture is now stable and functioning as expected.
Recently, I performed hydrojetting on a severely clogged sewer line using a RIDGID KJ-3100 water jetter. This process involved high-pressure water (3000 psi) to effectively clear grease and debris buildup, restoring optimal flow. Came out to check why there was no hot water, breaker box was behind some things and I couldn’t reach it. After getting to breaker box we located water heater break 15-17. I tested both top and bottom elements and they both read 13 ohms tested good. I than wired heater back up and turned breaker on. Breaker started to hiss I informed customer to call an electrician asap and get the house tested with a full electrical diagnostic and get the heater wired correctly with a new whip. Heater was a 2020

Snaked drain through roofline to restore flow back to the drain assembly. Identified a hole in the drainline the clients septic company had created when probing for the drain. Recommended hydrojetting. Client has large amounts of grease built up in the baffle. No warranty will be held on drain snaking.
Service to perform a standard site visit to identify issues with buckled up flooring behind the whole bathroom just outside of the main kitchen area. Identified buckling flooring as well as swelled baseboard and potential drywall damage. Contacted our general manager. General manager is to contact a few flooring contractors and look to mitigate damages for client.
Service to re-pipe a two bathroom single story home from the 1970s in pex waterlines to eliminate a leak that is occurring in an unaccessible area. Matt’s will re-run the new water system up and through the attic space to eliminate leaks that are occurring below a raised floor section of the home. Matt is also going to cap the old laundry, drain system and reroute that line outside to the exterior of the home and surface mounted to the back, left corner of the property to eliminate it from going into the septic tank any longer.

Mats also as a courtesy, cleaned out the pop-up assembly in the master bathroom, right lavatory sink as it was completely full of hair and miscellaneous debris. Flushed systems thoroughly to insure drain flow was perfect.
