Car keys were flushed down guest bathroom hallway toilet. Tested and found no signs of clogging or slow draining at toilet. No other drains are affected. Flushed 4 baseball sized balls of toilet paper to verify no obstructions were present in trap of toilet. Recommended to customer to pull and reset toilet with video inspection to main clean out/city tap to confirm if keys are still present in mainline or if they have gone out to city main.

Replaced master shower Cartridge Moen Posi Temp as a one time courtesy. Found debris (calcium deposits) present on and inside Moen cartridge which caused defect. Advised customer to consider water softener filtration to protect plumbing in home. This will help prevent low pressure and valve function defects.

Service to install a new 3/4” main shut off valve, bust into the stucco block wall to make a repair to the bent copper elbow, install a new hose bib with code required vacuum breaker, and finish by making a new stucco patch to the exterior wall. Price includes all parts, labor, and a standard 2 year parts and labor warranty.
