On arrival toilet flushed and shower and sink ran smoothly. Nothing clogged at this time.

Replaced garbage disposal and rebuilt toilet in master bath. Also replaced aerator in master bath faucet closest to toilet. All was tested and good. Disposal works and drains, toilet fills up and stops also flushes great. Faucet has pressure now 1 year parts and labor warranty.

Toilet in master bathroom is continuously running, needs a minor toilet rebuild to replace all the inside parts of the toilet. The kitchen has a frozen disposal options would be to either replace or attempt to fix which has no warranty. Also bathroom faucet in master has no pressure needs a new aerator which we will throw in for free.

Leak in valve box, cleaned out box and saw valve turned valve off and water stopped. Customer wanted to just leave valve off. If we have to come out and cut and repair than additional charges would apply.

No indication of leak under slab, meter does not spin. Most likely had moisture under floor as there was no vapor barrier under flooring. Customer would also like us to come out and install new shower trim and an expansion tank for water heater

On todays visit we arrived to the front right bathroom experiencing another clog after our hydrojetting performed on October 25th 2023. The initial reasoning for the hydrojetting was due to the clients experiencing repeat stoppages in that front bathroom and we identified a large amount of grout from the tile in the bathroom. Today we pulled the toilet from the floor and ran our video camera to identify what was causing the backup. Found a very large ball of toilet paper lodged inside of the drain line. We cleared the clog and then recorded an attached video of the condition of the drain line. Hydrojetting was successful in removing the grout. Believe the reoccurring backup is due to a builders grade Sterling toilet that needs to move waste approx 60’ before exiting the home and this fixture does not have the power needed to do so. Estimate provided for a new Pressure Assisted Toilet to be installed in the front right bathroom to assist in getting the water/ waste out of the home.

Customer had no water last night. This morning water came back to the house. She is on a well. Nothing I could see wrong with anything. My water system I installed is still doing wonders for customer

During sight visit walked the client through the features of the water conditioner front to back as well as correcting a Error 101 that was on the screen. The units motor had been partially unplugged. Reset the unit and then ran through a regeneration cycle to verify functionality.

Standing tub drain is cracked and not installed correctly. Tub is removed. The only two solutions for this is to either cut street 90 out of bushing and attempt to remove the excess firing from bushing without damaging the pipe. Or to cut the concrete and run the drain the way it should be with a standing pipe to go straight into the tub. Have prices for both options.

Removed cracked female fitting and replaced with ss band female and tested all is good.

Replaced 50 gallon water heater and water filtration system. Installed iron zapper, softener and uv light all was tested and good no leaks.

Sold water softener, iron filter, uv light and 50 gallon water heater for instal on Thursday.
