snaked drain from cleanout to clear stoppage

Executed gas water heater installation per local code requirements. Removed existing unit and disposed of properly. Installed new 50-gallon, high-efficiency model with 40,000 BTU input. Implemented earthquake strapping and adjusted gas line to accommodate new unit. Installed new flexible water connectors and pressure relief valve. Ensured proper venting with double-wall Type B vent pipe. Conducted gas leak test using bubble solution. Verified correct thermostat setting and pilot light ignition. Flushed lines and confirmed hot water output. Final inspection revealed compliant installation with 0.67 energy factor.

Leak

We originally replaced a section of sewer at the building over 6 months ago and the issue they are having now is the existing pipe that was here before that we originally tied into since that was what our quote was for. Of course there was no issues with the pipe when we did the work at the time but at this time the pipe has collapsed causing the sewer to be backed up. We will need to dig up approximately 15 feet of the sewer and cut out and install new sch 40 pvc with the correct pitch it needs up to Florida plumbing code standards. Will back fill once work is complete.

Estimate to find gas leak

Found that the cast iron has collapsed. Customer stated that they think the city caused it from the city sewer replacement they are doing. They are going to contact them first and see what they say and let us know.

Estimate to disassemble and remove existing 40gal water heater and furnish and install one new 50gal water heater with all necessary pipe, fittings, and sealant. Guarantee will be one(1) year on parts and labor and six(6) years on the tank Due to pre existing electrical issues if thermostat or elements are burnt out there is no warranty on water heater. Customer will need an electrician to figure out electrical issues.

Will return Friday to install water heater

Customer stated they are required to get one more estimate and once they do they will let us know.

Trench new pvc approximately 25 feet to the city tap from the location of where the line comes out of the home. All work performed up to Florida plumbing code standards with the right pitch that it needs with accessible clean out. Jet the main sewer line into the home

Gas company locked gas meter. Unable to pressurize lines to check for leaks. Almost all of plumbing in home is out of code. Galvanized pipes in very poor condition. Discussed options with customer and made a few recommendations based on their situation.

Supply and install 2 new wall Mount toilets one in each bathroom, install new urinal and sink in the men’s bathroom, new battery powered flushometer valves included. All work performed up to code. Price includes material and labor.

Excavate the landscape in back of the building all the way to the city tap. Install new sch 40 pvc for each bathroom running all the way to the city tap. All work performed up to plumbing code standards, we are not responsible for tile or drywall repair. Pour concrete back to rough grade. 10 year warranty on the piping, warranty does not apply if system is abused. 30% deposit due upfront Full balance due after restoration of services 3 new toilets included in the work.

$2040 deposit taken today. Please schedule for Tuesday.
