I called for water heater replacement for my tenant. The service was good. But tenant complained that the service person entered into garage without asking the permission to enter from tenant.I think service person should be trained to rectify these kind of mistakes. Otherwise the service was satisfactory

I was impressed with all aspects of Matt's Plumbing. What made Matt's Plumbing Service standout above other plumbing services I've used over the years was Technician Jerry Wolf. Jerry was clean cut, neat, and a gentleman. In speaking with Jerry, I learned that he learned his trade from 20 years working as Union plumber in Chicago, IL, - - and it showed. Jerry preformed the task at hand (i.e. replacing my hot water heater) in a confident, methodical and efficient manner. Additionally, Jerry was happy to answer all my questions; he explained why he was doing certain things; and provided me with guidance with respect to things I can do to ensure that my new water heater works efficiently and remains trouble free. Overall, Jerry exhibited a high degree of professionalism. My FIVE (5) STAR rating is well deserved. I have already recommended Matt's Plumbing Service to a number of friends, and in doing so I suggested that they ask for specifically for Jerry Wolf as their Technician.

Service to replace outside hose bib above the shut off valve. Existing hose bib was leaking. Upstairs Koehler toilet fill valve was constantly running and wouldn’t shut off. Recommended major toilet tank rebuild as the parts and gaskets in the toilet were at there end life. 1 year parts and labor warranty.
