My Plumber/Salesman Ricky Mercado did an A+ job diagnosing, explaining the issues and installing a new hot water heater and fixing a shower with leaks everywhere, which was not made any easier by the fact I'm in the middle of home renovations and quarters are very tight for moving around a water heater. I do think Matt's could be cheaper for the amount of work that was done, but I at least got a better deal by combining the two services and providing my own water heater. Service was top notch but $2k for some water heater and shower parts and 4-5 hours labor is just high even for this market and if I weren't in such a rush to get it done I might have considered other options.
