Customer approved estimate to re-pipe two bathroom house. Ran new Pex piping through attic and made all proper drops to all existing fixtures. Installed one new shower valve in bathroom with smitty plate. Tested all connections with customer with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time no leaks. Guarantee is two(2) years on parts and labor and twenty five(25) years on pex piping material. Warranty is transferable through the ownership of home.
Customer approved estimate to run new water service from the meter the home. Trenched approximately 90ft and ran new 3/4in pex water service line with one new ball valve for cold water isolation as well as one new whole house relief. Tested all connections with customer with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time no leaks. Guarantee is two(2) years on parts and labor void if abused.

Replaced hose Bibb on right side of home
Installed a new water line to provide reliable water flow to the designated fixture. The line was carefully measured, cut, and fitted using high-quality piping materials. All connections were properly sealed to prevent leaks, and the system was pressure-tested to ensure optimal performance. The new water line installation ensures long-term durability, improved water pressure, and efficient flow, meeting all local plumbing codes and standards for safety and reliability.
Replaced existing water heater, also need to send Ricardo for tomorrow there is also a slab leak in the laundry room .
Ricardo was very pleasant and explain everything that needed to be done .
Estimate was extremely high compared to the other three companies not just by two or three hundred dollars but the estimate was over $1,000 more 😳than the other two companies!!
