Water holding at clean out next to septic tank. Recommend pump services.
Leak repair. Client has a leaking faucet in the bathroom due to a worn out washer. Washer was replaced to resolve the problem. The faucet was tested to ensure it was working properly again.
Quoted for repairs at kitchen sink and for Mixbed water softener.
Advised drainage field is likely in need of replacing.

Plumbing installation. We repiped the tubular kitchen drain, which will enhance drainage efficiency and prevent future plumbing issues. Upon completion, we tested the drain to confirm smooth water flow and optimal performance.

Provided an estimate for replacing an existing toilet. Assessed the current installation and recommended an American Standard Cadet 3 toilet for its efficiency and reliability. The estimate included costs for removing the old toilet, installing the new unit, replacing the wax ring and bolts, and ensuring a secure, leak-free connection. Also factored in the cost of any necessary flange repairs and disposal of the old toilet. Explained the process and expected timeline to the customer.

Sold (2) Bath Hydrojet, includes installing customer supplied dishwasher hoses, garbage disposal, angle stops, basket tubular drain assembly.
Quoted customer to resolve gurgling/ slow draining laundry lateral. Cast iron lines believed to be in home. Also quoted water heater replacement options per customers request. Awaiting approval after she has had time to review options and packages.
Need to install new ball valve and pipe in the T&P valve for the water heater Work completed.

Tightened two packing nuts for hose bibs for washer machine. No warranty for work. Recommend replacement of two hose bibs for washer and dryer hook up.
