Will correct dishwasher drain connection to allow proper flow. Will lock collar assembly to prevent disposal from coming loose. Ran test cycle on dishwasher flow is restored to drain and disposal is secure.

Cut out and replace copper lines for the kitchen faucet. Cut out and replace main riser with new shut off valve and hose bib.

Water holding at clean out next to septic tank. Recommend pump services.
Leak repair. Client has a leaking faucet in the bathroom due to a worn out washer. Washer was replaced to resolve the problem. The faucet was tested to ensure it was working properly again.
Quoted for repairs at kitchen sink and for Mixbed water softener.
Advised drainage field is likely in need of replacing.
