Estimate provided to Hydrojet a multi story kitchen drain structure to eliminate backups that are being caused by a laundry line that is connect to the kitchen ventilation stack feeding down into unit 101.
Once cabinets are removed will break open slab from the inside of home and excavate down to 1/2in copper leak. Make all proper repairs. Tested all connections with large amounts of water. Once verified that there are no additional leaks hole will be backfilled with existing soil and concrete will be brought back to a rough grade finish. Guarantee will be one(1) year on parts and labor but there is no guarantee on life expectancy of existing copper piping. Matt’s plumbing is not responsible for any drywall or tile damages and or repairs.
