Service to install a new Moen 1225 magnum cartridge in the whole bathroom. Service to clear out the push and pull pop-up drain assembly, as well as sneak down in and through the trap of the master bath shower to clear out excess hair in sand debris that had slow drain flow.

We were able to get a same-day appointment for a kitchen sink stoppage issue. Two possible plans of attack were presented. The technician completed the work right then and there. No crazy service fee just to show up at our place - no fee for every minute you go over the time allotted - just paid a fair rate for the repair. Highly Recommend! 2 bath redrain in schedule 40 pvc. Tub will be removed in the left bathroom in the house. Matt’s plumbing will not be supplying the tub, but we will install it for the trim out Trim out is included Multiple clean outs will be installed on the property for easy access in the future to everything This includes bringing waterlines up to code with hammer arrestors for inspection purposes. Repairing pin hole leak at the main shut off valve is included complimentary. Dishwasher supply line needs to be hooked up to the hot waterline. DO NOT BUST UP FLOORS OUTSIDE OF THE BATHROOMS Drainline will run out the exterior of both bathrooms and tied into the main. New main sewer will be ran to the city tap. drainlines for the guest bathroom, kitchen and laundry will be ran through the garage and out to the main sewer. Tunnel underneath guest bathroom shower. DO NOT CHIP UP SHOWER. Caution tape where the drains are outside after backfill so the pool guys don’t damage them. 10 yea
