Cleared obstruction on roof storm drain vent at approximately 15ft. Ran total 30 ft cable with cutter head.
(2) 1/4 turn brass shut off valves. Will also install customer supplied washing machine and supply lines.

Both bathrooms in house clogged, city to come out and fix if city issue. Per management if city is good, we will refund all the money back to customer.

I was called to a home to fix a water leak. I found the leak was coming from a pipe that was leaking water next to an exterior concrete wall. I fixed the leak and the customer was thankful with the service.

Will replace (1) Customer Supplied Hair Wash Faucet. Will provide and install (2) new straight stop emergency shut off valves, (1) basket strainer steel cup drain, 1 1/2 inch tubular drain assembly.

Quoted to replace multiple customer supplied fixtures, hose bibs, and water softener. Pending approval.
Plumbing service. Cleared a kitchen drain at a residential home. The drain was clogged with grease and debris, making it difficult for water to flow through. After clearing the drain, I tested it to ensure that it was functioning properly again. The customer was pleased with the service.
Was concerned about moisture in garage. No leak detected. Checked meter. Also checked both bathrooms since company out before stated possible leakage near toilets. The leak in garage is not detected as the pipe goes through concrete wall right on floor. And goes outside. Suggested replacing line just in case it is leaking but also stated to clean up the area and observe to see if water comes into garage. Tub is also dripping recommend moen cartridge replacement. Paid with check
Warranty call. Found left side lavatory master sink pop up drain needed adjustment. Lift rod was difficult for customer to operate due to mounting nut being slightly too tight. After adjusting has customer test drain assembly to confirm she was able to operate lift rod drain without issues.
