Upon arrival spoke with tenant who explained that toilet does not flush and black water was coming out of tub. Verified main line blockage. Spoke with landlord who approved cable from roof vent to attempt to clear stoppage. Snaked line and cleared approximately 60’ from vent, stoppage at tap. Did not pull anything significant back with cable. Flushed system and verified proper drainage. As a courtesy ran camera to verify flow, did not see any damages on cast iron. We do NOT warranty any stoppages as we can not control what customers put down drains. Ran water thru sinks, tub and toilet for several mins and all drained properly at this time. Job complete

Review
My son threw a toy down the toilet. I called other companies and no one would come out until the middle of next week. Matt’s plumbing was able to get someone out today! Austin came out and he was such a nice/ friendly person. He was able to retrieve the toy and put the toilet back together like nothing happened. He did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody.
