Working on the installation of a new Kohler Highline Classic toilet. This involves setting the unit on a fresh wax seal, connecting the water supply line, and ensuring proper alignment and leveling. The system will be thoroughly tested for leaks and flush efficiency, guaranteeing optimal performance and a reliable seal to prevent future issues.
Today I provided a homeowner in Gibsonton, Florida with an estimate for two plumbing system upgrades. The first option priced was replacing their existing tank-style water heater with a new conventional 50-gallon tank unit versus installing a on-demand, tankless water heater. I detailed the pros, cons, and costs for both tank and tankless systems. The second part of the estimate covered replacing their old, depleted water softener with a new 2 cubic foot capacity cabinet-style ion exchange unit. This size softener is properly spec'd for the home's number of bathrooms and plumbing fixtures. The quote included prepping the connection points, installing the new softener system, and charging it with water softening salts/resins per manufacturer specifications. Upgrading an outdated or underperforming water softener reduces hardness, scaling, and improves overall water quality.
Quoted pricing to install filtration systems with customer supplied options.

Ran 7/8th C cutter upstream and cleared mainline blockage. Flow is restored to lines. Large accumulation of grease sludge and debris present in lines. Recommended Hydrojet service. Also from history of septic advised customer to have drainage field inspected. I believe it may be compromised.

Service to run a standard leak detection service on a 2010s home that was experiencing water from the second to the first floor. Client had already cut and removed drywall to expose a 1” pvc overflow drain line with water coming from it. Upon further investigation the client identified a leak at the washing machine on the second floor. The flood pan for the washing machine was also cracked. Client to contact an appliance repair company for them to supply a new washing machine drip pan, and install a proper seal from the drop pan to the overflow drainage piping.
