Amazing!! Called Today, Jason came out today, show up on time. Installed a new Hot Water tank. I Highly Recommend Jason and Matt’s Plumbing, actually you would be Crazy to not use Matts Plumbing and ask for Jason. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank You Do Much

Partial tank rebuild
2nd floor hallway bathroom clogs. Will cable drain to removed obstruction (likely hair/grease) test flow upon completion. Removed and cleaned out drain assembly for lavatory sink drain. Found large accumulation of hair and grease debris, also pieces of toilet paper. After cleaning off drain ran drain cable through trap, no further debris found. Removed tub drain assembly and found very large mass of grease and hair clogging drain tub shoe. Removed hair and debris with pliers and cable machine. After cleaning out drain ran cable through tub trap with pistol auger, pulled out smaller masses of hair. Cleaned bathtub and reset drain. Performed flow and dump tests while taking photos and videos confirm flow is restored to sink and bathtub as well as work areas cleaned.
Estimate to replace middle floor toilet and shut off valve.
Tested both elements reading about 12.9. Than realized they button was tripped. Pushed button and heater started to heat up.
Will disassemble spray control for kitchen sink faucet and aerator kitchen faucet. Tenant attempted to remove aerator and caused minor damage. Flow was clogged at incoming side of spray wand flow restriction device. Removed cleaned reset and tested. Pressure is restored to faucet and all functions are working properly. Hard water damage present in faucet, disposal leaking and drain assembly found to be incorrect. Advised customer and quoted for recommended repairs. Also advised we would credit todays work towards additional repairs if they wish to proceed.
