Existing cast iron system, approx. 57-years-old (original) is almost 100% deteriorated. Multiple areas were identified through video inspection of damaged sections, including broken pieces of cast iron in the sanitary line, preventing proper draining to the septic tank. Given the system's current state, repair options do not exist, as the extent and amount of damage is too great. A redrain service is required for the whole home system 3 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry. Approx. 95 ft total of sanitary line replacement, concrete removal to expose existing cast iron and replace with new, sch 40 PVC

My review they asked for: I called because the water company said that I have a leak. I spoke with the lady that answered the company phone and specifically asked “if their equipment would detect water leaks inside and outside the home?”. She replied yes inside and out. Joseph was on time and very knowledgeable about plumbing. I pointed out where the outside lines were located around the exterior of the home. He responded that the equipment doesn’t work outside. OMG, REALLY?? I specifically asked this question before making the appointment and was told that it did inside and out. Nothing was done because I needed the outside checked. The rating on Joseph is 5 star but the lady that I talked with to make the appointment gets a zero so my rating is for Joseph W. only. I don’t expect to receive a bill because nothing was done.
