Arrived Teresa’s property. The first thing I did was make contact with the homeowner. She expressed to me that she was highly upset with us because in the beginning she felt like she wasn’t given any options that she basically was force into getting a Repipe she also said when David and Joseph was out here they had mentioned to her that her softener was put in wrong so she wondered if that was the only issue that she truly had . I did a thorough walk-through. checked all the fixtures. She is currently getting cold water on her cold side, but when she first opens up the faucet the water is slightly warm, but that’s due to high heat temperatures in the attic and she doesn’t have any insulation in her attic other than that I had to remove all old angle stops existing. I also had to remove all the hose bibs existing. I also had to tie in her as her osmosis system underneath her kitchen sink I also have to insulate her main and I also had to put a couple of boxes that the guys removed from

Angel was the tech who came out and installed a water heater that was attached to preexisting copper piping. He was fast and proficient! Explained everything and as well provided extra knowledge about the piping in the house. I’ll use this company again in the future

arrived to customers home and immediately made contact with the homeowner. came in to address some further concerns about the job. cleared shower head of debris to enhance pressure. changed out toilet customer wanted american standard comfort height. installed a new cpvc t&p relief line. cleaned up the areas that we worked in met with the homeowner again and walked him through all the issues we fixed. Customer was satisfied and happy with the work done. collected signatures to complete
