My water heater started leaking in the afternoon on December 2nd, and, thankfully, Matt's Plumbing had a plumber available to come to the house the same evening. Chad was very detailed in his explanation of the water heater that he would install the next day and even took the time to answer questions that I texted to him later. Because I had a morning appointment on December 3rd, he accommodated my time schedule by arriving at the house with the new water heater promptly at 7 a.m., and he was finished with the installation by 10 a.m. when I had to leave. I was so impressed by all of this. This is a very different experience than I've had with other plumbers. I highly recommend Matt's Plumbing.
