I called Matt’s Plumbing about 930am and had a technician at my door a few hours later for a non emergency call. The technician, Jesse, was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I thought I had needed a spigot replaced but Jesse assured me that was not the case, and that the handle had just became stuck. My problem was resolved within ten minutes. I made a comment to Jesse I was expecting to have to pay for a replacement and he told me that isn’t how they do business - they find the right solution, not the expensive one. In short, I was extremely impressed and satisfied with calling Matt’s Plumbing Services and will be my go to moving forward.

Customer called for another leak located in the island on the entrance road to the plaza. Excavated around area to expose pipe was able to determine that pipe has no connection on opposite side. attempted to shut down system with no success. Found thin wall pvc pipe was crushed and out of round. Was unable to get fittings to go onto pipe. Also found that there is a 2 1/2in pipe sleeve over the damaged pipe. Customer will need irrigation company to determine if system is abandoned or still active.

Customer called for leak across from the radiant car wash. Got water to stop from siphon pump in pond. Cut out bad section of 2in pipe and made all proper repairs. Tested all is in proper working order at this time no leaks.
