Estimate provided for permanent resolution. Credit applied for days visit toward the permanent resolution. Recommended client discontinue the use of toilet paper until line has been cleaned fully. Recommended hydro jet and applied credit back toward overall investment of hydrojetting.

Replaced 40 gallon low boy in men’s room up on shelf.

Customer called for another leak located in the island on the entrance road to the plaza. Excavated around area to expose pipe was able to determine that pipe has no connection on opposite side. attempted to shut down system with no success. Found thin wall pvc pipe was crushed and out of round. Was unable to get fittings to go onto pipe. Also found that there is a 2 1/2in pipe sleeve over the damaged pipe. Customer will need irrigation company to determine if system is abandoned or still active.

Customer called for leak across from the radiant car wash. Got water to stop from siphon pump in pond. Cut out bad section of 2in pipe and made all proper repairs. Tested all is in proper working order at this time no leaks.

Sent estimate for 40 Gallon low boy replacement

Replaced moen posi temp cartridge.

Gave estimate to dig up and replace service line.

Service to pull and reset the MB + HB toilet after flange/ seal failures Matt’s will replace the current closet flange on a PVC drain line, install new seal, and reset toilet.

Will provide and install insulated 1/2 inch Gas Flex Supply Hose to water heater. Will turn gas on an attempt to relight. Gas has been off since Christmas Eve, Teco shut off gas due to leaking supply hose. Removed doped and reset gas line at range top in kitchen. Quoted customer water heater replacement options, pending approval after they have reviewed. They will contact to schedule if wish to proceed.

Service to replace the special Koehler flapper gaskets in both toilets in the home. I also cleaned and adjusted the pop up assembly in the master bathroom. tested to verify no leaks.

Service to replace garbage disposal. Existing garbage disposal was leaking

Sewer line repair service call and leak detection. Customer is experiencing a sewer gas smell throughout the building. Found a waste arm left open in the wall. Waste arm needs to be capped as sewer gas is emitting out of it.

Service to remove the existing drains underneath the kitchen sink, remove the garbage disposal, run k60 through galvanize waste arm and redo the drains underneath the kitchen sink. Waste arm and kitchen drain is packed with grease. Filled up both sinks with water and made sure the water flowed through. Ran water for 20 minutes while cleaning up to make sure the drain isn’t going to back up while I was still here. Recommend a safe drain solution to help with grease. Kitchen drain could back up again due to the grease that’s in the drain. No warranty can be applied to the drain snake. 1 year parts and labor warranty can be applied to the drains underneath the kitchen sink excluding the waste arm.
