Customer stated he had someone quote him at 1500 to do the work but he really didn’t want to spend anymore than 1k all together to do the work. I explained with all the work that needs to be done we really cannot go that low.

Provided customer with estimate. They more than likely will go with a Repipe but their going to have their other plumber give them a price first but will give us the chance to beat it if they come in lower.

Used leak detection equipment and found 2 slab leaks on opposite parts of the home. Explained to customer the options and what the work entails to get it solved. Customer needs to speak with wife first.

Review

For $930, two visits and six hours I find myself feeling like I could have done the job myself. Little things, like smearing bright yellow adhesive on the side of the house, leaving debris at the repair site, or showing up 45 minutes past the quoted time, make the price feel outrageous even in the current market. I would not recommend this company.

Provided customer with estimate to Repipe the home to get rid of the old copper and galvanized piping as well as add the bathroom in the garage. Customer stated he has to go over everything with wife and let us know what they decide.
