Ran standard electrical test to verify the heater was in good shape. Upon arrival the breaker was on but the daisy chain switch next to the panel was still off. Turned on the switch and heater is firing.

Tenants kids have thrown things down the disposal that they should not have and broken the disposal which needs to be replace and the mount for the kitchen faucet has stripped and broke off which the only way to fix is to replace the faucet. Home owner stated to send him email of the estimate and pictures and will get back to us.

Install icemaker box in wall, run line through wall up through the attic and drop down to water supply near water heater and tie in. We are not responsible for drywall repair. Paid remaining balance with cash in full.

Shower repair service call. Guest bathroom shower head holds water and has a drip. Once you take it apart the arm it self does not drip. Explained it needs a new type of shower head. Explained that the master bath shower valve and body sprayers and for the wand are piped Incorrectly and are getting air locked which is causing the issues they are having. Only option is solve the issue is demo the tile and pipe the valve and everything in correctly.

Service to replace the 4” sweep and precut mainline to the end of the trench (20’x4”). Service to install a new 2” PVC trap and connect to the existing shower line, then tie into the new 4” mainline (20’x2”). Service to reroute the 1 1/2” kitchen line and tie back into new mainline (30’x1-1/2”). Backfill once complete. Install a 4”,2”, and 1-1/2” test tees. Leave test tees all mounted and not buried.

Drain was clogged with potatoe skins and meat I explained to not put potatoes down the disposal anymore so it does not clog the drain.
