Upon arrival to the home, I diagnosed a persistent leak in the plumbing system caused by a faulty joint. We were able to repair the joint, restoring full functionality to the plumbing system. The customer was thankful for the plumbing service.

Replaced customer supplied toilet in hall bathroom, and also 3 emergency shut offs in hall bath. Replaced 3 emergency shut off valves in master bath, also installed customer supplied shower head in master bath but unfortunately the shower valve doesn’t shut off had to remove shower head and cap it. Replaced 2 dual emergency shut offs under kitchen and also customer supplied kitchen faucet. All was tested and good no leaks! Gave pricing for new water heater and new shower valve.

After camera inspection it was found that over 55ft of terracotta sewer piping is full of roots, resulting in the whole line needing to be replaced. Home is currently backed up again, I did provide temporary relief but they will back up again before problem is rectified. Unfortunately price for repair should not have been given before camera was ran to show full scope of required repairs. Pricing will need to be adjusted. We will cut asphalt and dig up and expose existing line Replace sewer with new pvc from house to existing connection point. No asphalt patching included Permit included 10yr warranty on new piping
