Scheduled repairs for 5-13-24 will demo brick/block wall and attempt to cut out and repair rotted galvanized pipe for new hose bib. Advised customer we highly recommend repipe and give no warranties or guarantees on spot repair and will be charging for our time and materials regardless of outcome.

Cleared blockage from clean out. Stick fell in causing blockage

This morning, I provided an estimate for repairing a slab leak. I inspected the area, identified the location of the leak using a moisture meter, and calculated the cost of digging through the concrete slab, repairing the broken copper pipe, and restoring the flooring. The estimated cost for the full slab leak repair is $2,850.

3/4” pvc water line leaking under concrete in laundry room. We will remove concrete to expose piping and make necessary repair. Once repair is tested, we will backfill dirt and rough patch concrete.

Customer called for toilet backing up. Upon further investigation found that tub was holding water indicating main line stoppage. Pulled toilet and snaked line 45ft clearing stoppage. Preformed video inspection on sewer line and found cast iron was channel rotted and needs to replace. Provided estimates.

Water heater replacement & water softener installation service visit. Supply and install new 1.5 cu air injection system and water softener located near the pressure tank and well system. Replace 40 gallon heater with new 40 gallon lowboy new pan and shut off valve. All work performed up to plumbing code standards includes material and labor.

Quoted to perform cable service for bathtub drain. No other fixtures were affected. Customer has been attempting to plunger drain and has poured large amounts of drain chemicals in bathtub.

Spoke with customer on the phone and explained what needs to be done, customer said they will have to get back with us on it and let us know.

Customer stated they are committed to get the work done but want to a,ke sure our insurance and everything matches up with them for us to become a vendor before signing but as long as it all checks out by the end of the day today they will sign to get the work done. Which we will need to order the material as well.

Client currently needs to pump the septic and will call for an evaluation after tank is pumped.
