Replaced leaking recirc pump in janitor room
Estimates provided to replace up to 16 isolation valves for a commercialized apartment complex. The shut down will require us to bleed down the entire apartment complex, digging through roots in most areas, install full port brass shut off valves, and installing proper meter boxes to chess the mains in case of emergencies. MATTS REQUIRES A 30% deposit prior to starting/ scheduling/ ordering materials. MATTS REQUIRES THE REMAINING BALANCE TO BE DUE UPON COMPLETION. WE DO NOT ACCEPT NET30 WITH NEW RELATIONSHIPS.
