Capped water line in concrete wall, removed old wing ell and galvanized nipple, cut copper pipe and cleaned pipe. installed a 1/2 in cap on copper water line. Not responsible for wall, concrete, stucco or any cosmetics. All was tested and good. Water is turned on to the house.

Moved cold water line over for shower valve

Cut and cap existing force main that ties into the vent stack. We will run the new force main out the front of the house through the attic Force main will be exposed on the wall infront of the home We will tie the force main into the 4” main Liberty pump will also be replaced.

Copper trunk line supplying water to apartment building 3349-3357 is leaking underneath into crawlspace. Tenant made me aware that he tried to turn both brass emergency valves off and water was still flowing to building. Also, there is a 1" pressure reducing valve that rests between the two emergency valves that has rusted out and does not function. The bolt used to make pressure adjustment has rusted away. All valves and piping need to be replaced. This scope of work includes replacing the copper pipe up to 10ft. And updating 2 emergency ball valves and 1" pressure reducing valve.

I will have to open the wall replace the shower/tub valve and re run pipes for shower head. Will also be switching from copper to cpvc, and installing new tub/shower trim when done. When I move the pipes over for the electric panel this will actually allow me to secure them in the wall to a stud and prolong the life of the shower riser as well.

40 yr old water heater. Was looking for anode rod to heater but was unable to find. Strongly recommend replacement of water heater due to age and sentiment within water heater. Customer might supply water heater for us to instal.

Water leak was from neighbors irrigation. Neighbor wrote me a check check 3001 for 200$

Replaced valves, hose bib and trap under kitchen sink. Locked disposal on properly. Repacked nut on rear hose bib.

No blockage. Sent estimate for pressure assist.

Snaked main sewer through the three compartment floor drain toward the grease trap. Please have grease trap pumped and call us back if issue persists for hydrojetting.

Exterior home leak. House has been repipe and no water or drain lines in the area customer was concerned with. Informed customer to call a foundation contractor.

50 Gallon Natural Gas Water Heater 20 years old leaking from several places on tank. Quoted tankless and tank replacement options. Cut and looped lines at water heater to temporarily turn water back onto house and stop active leak at tank. Pending approval.

Service to install a new tank to bowl gasket with new tank bolts in the master bathroom toilet. The toilet was built wrong and the right tank bolt was leaking.
