Replaced valves, hose bib and trap under kitchen sink. Locked disposal on properly. Repacked nut on rear hose bib.

No blockage. Sent estimate for pressure assist.

Snaked main sewer through the three compartment floor drain toward the grease trap. Please have grease trap pumped and call us back if issue persists for hydrojetting.

50 Gallon Natural Gas Water Heater 20 years old leaking from several places on tank. Quoted tankless and tank replacement options. Cut and looped lines at water heater to temporarily turn water back onto house and stop active leak at tank. Pending approval.

Service to install a new tank to bowl gasket with new tank bolts in the master bathroom toilet. The toilet was built wrong and the right tank bolt was leaking.

Customer dropped a pad in the toilet and flushed it. Clog was in the ptrap of the toilet. Gave options for angering and pulling toilet to remove internal stoppage. Customer opted to auger the toilet knowing the risk of possibly not being able to remove the pad. Augered the toilet and was unable to remove the pad. Pad was pushed into the drain. Ran water in both front bathrooms and flushed toilet paper. Drains didn’t stop up and water / toilet paper in the cleanout was flowing. No warranty can be policed to the drain or auger.

Underslab leak on the hot side. 50+ year old copper. Recommend repipe.

Installed remodel shower trim, job completed. Advised customers today and yesterday tiles are compromised and not sealed in grout lines. All tiles need to be replaced to prevent further water damage.

Will remove (3) Handle Tub/Shower valve and replace with Moen Posi Temp including chrome remodel trim. No additional finish repairs needed beyond what is existing already. Drywall is cut behind shower valve and tiles are compromised. Scheduling site visit to return and install remodel trim to complete shower valve.

Clients drains are flowing for now but are bound to fail. Unable to get camera into drain because they’re approximately 1” inner diameter. Discussed potential pricing with client.
