Estimate was extremely high compared to the other three companies not just by two or three hundred dollars but the estimate was over $1,000 more 😳than the other two companies!!

Cleanout riser was about 6 ft above ground with no cap. Cut and installed cleanout cap.
Tub is leaking from upstairs to down stairs ceiling. Filled up tub and splashed water on overflow and drained water. Field supervisor to come out and provide estimate for tub.

Capped water line in concrete wall, removed old wing ell and galvanized nipple, cut copper pipe and cleaned pipe. installed a 1/2 in cap on copper water line. Not responsible for wall, concrete, stucco or any cosmetics. All was tested and good. Water is turned on to the house.

Moved cold water line over for shower valve
Cut and cap existing force main that ties into the vent stack. We will run the new force main out the front of the house through the attic Force main will be exposed on the wall infront of the home We will tie the force main into the 4” main Liberty pump will also be replaced.
Copper trunk line supplying water to apartment building 3349-3357 is leaking underneath into crawlspace. Tenant made me aware that he tried to turn both brass emergency valves off and water was still flowing to building. Also, there is a 1" pressure reducing valve that rests between the two emergency valves that has rusted out and does not function. The bolt used to make pressure adjustment has rusted away. All valves and piping need to be replaced. This scope of work includes replacing the copper pipe up to 10ft. And updating 2 emergency ball valves and 1" pressure reducing valve.
