Replaced water softener system on left side of house. Price includes haul away and disposal old unit. Removed over 500lbs of salt from brine tank, dug out and removed (2) filtration tanks. Provided and installed 1.5 Cube Mixbed Water Softener. Included first. 200lbs of salt, 3/4 brass emergency shut off valve on mainline, 1/2 inch 1/4 turn hose bib. Setup system and put into regeneration, no leaks detected and system is properly cycling through setup program.

No charges for today. Dicussed solutions for failed copper water piping.

Pricing for a tub and shower conversion, includes removing old shower and surround, replacing p trap, installing waste arm and over flow with trim, relocate drain from center to left hand tub. Relocate shower valve and water lines about a foot to the left to center on tub. Pricing for Tankless includes removing old water heater, mount new tankless on wall, instal tankless valve kit for servicing tankless once a year, repiping water lines to tankless. Electric no included. Tankless would need 3 40 amp breakers and new wires ran to the tankless. For the washer and dryer I recommend camera of sewer line first to get an accurate price on job as no guarantee that the vent stack is in the wall where we want to instal washer and dryer. After determine if pipe is in the wall or not than we can proceed with a price for a basic installation or if we would need to run pipes through the ceiling with a pump to pump water where it needs to go. On arrival tempura 15 tankless heater was not heating up, removed panel and called tech support. Ran through the diagnostic. And noticed canister was tripped. Pushed reset button and all was working good. As I was putting panel back on it tripped again. Recommend replacment because of the age of heater being from 2008 and they don’t sell many parts for these tanklesses anymore as they are old generation. I pups install a new tempera 15 water heater new generation. New tankless install would also include a valve kit to make it possible to maintain and clean unit as the old one didn’t have one and was never maintained.

Came out to look at softener that was installed by us, brine tank was full to the overflow and was dripping water out. The hose from brine tank to unit was not fully connected which caused the unit to siphon air from brine tank. I pushed hose in and ran unit through short cycle, water started to go down. Set unit to do a full regen cycle tonight to clean out unit. All else was tested and good.

Gave estimates on all water filtration. Customer to look over options and decide what he wants to do. Unit is over 10 years old.

Service to install washing machine hoses (Free of charge as it is part of the laundry room replumb). Repaired copper waterline 3 times because the first 2 repairs I did, pin hole leaks kept developing on the old copper once the water was turned back on. Copper waterlines in the building are in extremely bad and critical shape. All copper in the building must be replaced to prevent anymore leaks from happening.
