Replace (3) Angle Stops Kitchen Sink.

Uncovered sewer pipe for inspection. We used a camera to inspect the pipe and found that it was in good condition at this time.

Installed a new basket strainer and angle strainer in the kitchen sink. Removed the old, worn-out components and cleaned the drain opening. Used plumber's putty to seal the basket strainer and ensured a tight fit. Connected the angle strainer to the tubular drain assembly, securing all connections to prevent leaks. Tested for proper drainage and functionality.

Replaced customer supplied kitchen faucet and replaced both fill valves and gaskets for both toilets. All was tested and good at time of install.

On arrival sink drain was clogged, opened cleanout under sink and water drained out, problem area under mobile home. cable and cleared line. Filled sink up with hot water and dawn dish soap, drained great.

Replaced tub cartridge.

Replaced P-trap for a customer. The old unit was removed and a new one installed to restore proper drainage. We ensured a secure fit and leak-free connection, guaranteeing optimal functionality for the sink.

Replaced cartridges

Went out to a residential home to provide a plumbing service. Repaired a broken pipe and installed a new hose bib and pressure relief valve. The customer was thankful for the repair.

Quoted to repair broken 1 inch PVC pipe at well. Pending approval.

Water heater install set up for Friday

Emergency service call to address ruptured 1/2-inch CPVC pipe beneath residential structure. Accessed crawl space and located leak source. Shut off main water supply and drained affected section. Cut damaged pipe segment using tubing cutter. Deburred pipe ends to ensure clean surface. Applied CPVC primer and cement to join cap fitting. Allowed proper curing time as per manufacturer's specifications. Gradually repressurized system and conducted thorough leak check. Inspected surrounding area for moisture damage. Recommended installation of automatic water shut-off valve to mitigate future flood risks. Advised homeowner on regular plumbing system inspections.

Will remove rotted Galvanized 1 1/4 inch line between well pump and pressure switch. Will provide and install repair PVC with a swing joint. Price does not include union coupling. This will be hard piped with Sch40 PVC line.

Estimate for water heater

Auger service, found no debris on cables. Tested and found flow restored to toilet fixture. Home owner present during testing. Used 5/8th closet auger. Believe cause may be offset toilet flange, advised to pull toilet for further inspection.

Need to run auger in toilet to clear stoppage

I will cut sewer waste arm and disconnect water lines. Once tub is moved I will cut and cap (2) 1/2 inch water lines and sewer line at cabinet. Will demo bath tub and cut into pieces to remove it one piece at a time to minimize any damage. We are not responsible for any damage to walls, cabinet, flooring.
