Customer to pay through the invoice payment over email, Was called out during our after hours. On arrival had water spraying from up stairs going into down stairs garage and laundry room. Water damage on walls and ceiling. Attempted repair on our after hours, but ultimately capped the water line to prevent further water damage. Came back out the next morning to finish the repair during the day. Cut copper piping and replaced with new pipe. all was tested and good no leaks at this time. Repair was done for the upstairs unit #C but was leaking into the bottom units garage which caused water damage to walls, floor and ceiling. I had to go into bottom unit to repair piping for upstairs unit.

Executed a water heater replacement, swapping out the conventional tank unit for an on-demand, tankless system. Involved disconnecting the existing unit, modifying gas and water line configurations, and installing the new condensing tankless model, ensuring proper venting and adherence to local plumbing codes. Cut open garage wall to access and inspect master shower for leaks.

Disposal has small leak on base and doesn’t work. Gave options to replace, customer supplied disposal and is supplying disposal. Price was to high for customer she wants to think about it and shop around.

Replaced customer supplied faucet and tested all tested good. Installed Koehler customer supplied kitchen faucet which came with built in supply lines. Removed old faucet and old supply lines. Cleaned existing area from old faucet and installed new faucet hooked up supply lines and tested.

Quoted to replace 30 Gallon Electric lowboy under air handler. Pending approval.

Will replace guest hallway lavatory faucet with Chrome Moen 4 inch spread. Includes pop up drain, supply lines, angle stops.

Plumbing Service to snake the hallway bathroom with a 6’ toilet auger to clear a fixture blockage.

Service to clear a multi bathroom stoppage at the offices end of the building. Both the men’s and women’s room was completely backed up as well as the mop sink. Cabled through an accessible floor drain in the women’s bathroom. Recovered an incredible amount of wet wipes, paper towels, and tampons from the drain line. Snaked system 3 times before I didn’t recover any additional waste products.

Clear stoppage through clean out. Sold jet for Monday

Recall to make minor adjustments to a rebuilt American standard water closet flushometer in the men’s lunchroom handicap stall. Found a small issue on one of the fittings. Completely disassembled and reassembled. Tested for leaks.

Will open drywall/access panel in closets to assess tub/shower in guest hallway. Replace leaking overflow and gasket for guest hallway bathtub to eliminate known active leak. Still possible other leaks may be present. This estimate is only to repair what has been found. Retested drain upon completion no viable leaks detected at tub shoe or new overflow. Reset drywall and trim with drywall screws for easier future access per customers request. Siliconed shower trim and overflow plate as extra water deflection. Cleaned all work areas before leaving.

Estimate for a new main water service to eliminate a bib that does not kill off with the house.

Needed new fill valve customer supplied fill valve. All was tested and good. Recommend new toilet when they are ready to replace

Insurance wouldn’t insure homeowner because of tmp line for water heater. I removed pvc tmp drain and installed new Cpvc tmp drain to heater. All is good.
