Recall to make minor adjustments to a rebuilt American standard water closet flushometer in the men’s lunchroom handicap stall. Found a small issue on one of the fittings. Completely disassembled and reassembled. Tested for leaks.

Will open drywall/access panel in closets to assess tub/shower in guest hallway. Replace leaking overflow and gasket for guest hallway bathtub to eliminate known active leak. Still possible other leaks may be present. This estimate is only to repair what has been found. Retested drain upon completion no viable leaks detected at tub shoe or new overflow. Reset drywall and trim with drywall screws for easier future access per customers request. Siliconed shower trim and overflow plate as extra water deflection. Cleaned all work areas before leaving.

Estimate for a new main water service to eliminate a bib that does not kill off with the house.

Needed new fill valve customer supplied fill valve. All was tested and good. Recommend new toilet when they are ready to replace

Insurance wouldn’t insure homeowner because of tmp line for water heater. I removed pvc tmp drain and installed new Cpvc tmp drain to heater. All is good.

Disposal was frozen, unjammed by pushing reset button and breaking blades free. All was tested and good. No warranty

Service to replace the upper diaphragms, vacuum breakers, H55 orings, trip lever kits, and necessary spuds. This is a bundled estimate for rebuilding 5 or more urinals/ closets per visit. On this visit we need to rebuild a total of 12 fixtures between the Sloan urinals and American standard closets. American standard products will need to be ordered and may carry up to a 1 week lead time before scheduling. Matt’s will need to collect a 30% non-refundable deposit prior to placing the order and scheduling. Remaining 70% balance will be collected upon completion.

Looking to have main water service replaced, 1 day job. Would replace old galvanized water service with Uponor piping. Dig 50 ft trench from meter box to side of home and tie into previous existing copper line in wall. New main shut off valve included

Two separate sewer lines are full of water, and septic was just pumped out two weeks ago. Customer was also informed about a year ago his leach field is bad. He will be calling out septic company to take check leach field and will keep me updated once he finds out exactly what’s going on or if he needs us for pricing to redrain sewer lines or snake drains.

Work sold to rebuild 7 American standard closets and 5 Sloan urinals on 4/18/24 Collected $1275.00 Remaining due on completion.

Replace pop up in down stairs bathroom sink but not able to attach the lever to faucet as old faucet has some adapter I can’t remove would need new faucet. Customer is aware. Replaced upstairs toilet, angle stop doesn’t shut off all the way. Grouted toilet. Might need new flange or drain repair. All was tested and good.

Sold new toilet up stairs and pop up assembly down stairs. Schedule Monday for the work.

Gave pricing for new tankless instal over his fridge. Would have to move water lines about 7 ft from where original tank heater is. Customer will most likely supply tankless and valve kit.

Ran cables from vent stack fern co access behind laundry room. Ran total 45 ft. Tested and found washing machine still backs up into laundry sink. When pulled out cables found they are coated with sludge grease.

Installed customer supplied p trap and new pop up assembly.

Will replace basket strainer for kitchen sink.

Quotes to replace. (12) isolation valves, (1) hose bib, and install recirculating system with independent hot return line.pending approval.

Customer installed their own garbage disposal, but never removed the knock out plug.

Estimate provided for a new water system if the client gets bad news back from the county.

Service to diagnose an issue the client was getting from small black particles entering into the fixtures of the home. Identified two possibilities, being either the heater needing flushed or the filtration system. Ran fixtures independently with just the cold and just the hot. Found that the hot water fixtures were the only ones producing the sediment. Flushed heater at no charge for the client and recovered the same media debris. Recommend the flushing of the unit at least once a year.

Estimate provided for approval. Client to call in once he has received the all clear.

No movement at water meter. Inspected and tested water softener and water heater. Recommended replacing/updating both units however to do not see any red flags indicating active leak. Water on garage floor is ice cold, ac condensate drain runs along walls behind both units. Ac line has debris accumulating inside pipe. I believe this is an issue with ac drain line

Quoted customer to replace Moen pull out tub/shower cartridge. Also handyman severely damaged tub spout when he removed wall and trim. Advised customer at minimum tub spout also needs to be repaired.
