Cut out old plumbing and rough in all new water lines and sch 40 pvc for both bathrooms laundry and kitchen. All work performed up to Florida plumbing code standards. Customer is responsible for any work done after the rough in. Drains will be strapped with the correct pitch under the home. Will need to rough in drain for where the shower and tub will be in new bathroom as well. All new water lines to all fixtures ran overhead/crawlspace All new emergency shut off valves and supply lines Will tie into all existing fixtures May need to open up various drywall holes throughout home for access No drywall or tile repair included Payment due at restoration of services Inspection will be called in after we receive payment All new lines installed to current Florida plumbing code Supply and install new steible Eltron tankless water heater for the 2 bath home. Electrician is responsible for upgrading and wiring the tankless once we run the water lines to it.

Customer is re doing the entire m/h they are getting 3 more quotes and we were the first. She stated it will be awhile before the work will be done as well.
