Snaked from one way cleanout near exterior home.

Installed a new tub and shower valve, starting with the removal of the old, corroded valve assembly. Used a Moen Posi-Temp valve for its reliability and anti-scald feature. Cut and soldered new copper piping to connect the valve, ensuring watertight joints. Tested the installation for leaks and proper water flow. Adjusted the temperature limit stop to provide a safe maximum temperature, ensuring optimal performance and safety for the user.

All new water lines will be ran under slab and through walls. After first rough inspection we will return to patch concrete. Install whole house 1.5 cu. ft. water softener

Customers AC drain line was clogged and overflowing he shop vac line before my arrival and resolved issue. Recommended rerouting new AC drip line to exterior wall. He has his own maintenance man that is going to do it for him for free. Shower is draining properly no issues found.

Removed and replaced client’s existing 1/3 hp lift station pump that was no longer functioning with a brand new 1/2 hp Liberty Pump and we also replaced approximately 15 feet of 4 inch sewer line running to the first stage septic tank. We were able to remove and alleviate the cracked drain line that was right before the septic tank. We also removed and replaced the 4 inch clean out that was located right next to the home. All sewer line that was replaced was the thin-wall pvc and we replaced it with schedule 40 pvc to add extra durability to the sewer line. During the first day, we were able to dig up the entire working area and got together a material list prior to leaving on day 1 and we also caution taped the area prior to leaving. On the 2nd day (today the 14th), we arrived on site in the morning with all required materials to complete the work. Have leak coming from upstairs to 1st floor. Possible leak from tub, could be waste arm pop up drain, overflow, cracked tub or cracked drain pipe. Referred united restoration to come out and open up access and remove any growth and water damage.

Site visit Drain hose for brine tank not seated. Wasn’t able to regenerate properly. Problem fixed and I re programmed both bead units

Attempt to clear blockage with k 60 upstream from septic tank. No warranties offered on cable services. Cleared blockage at 20ft, can see roots growing into tank from around pipe. House has all original old cast iron plumbing. Advised customer redrain will be needed in near future and recommended. Was a soft stoppage likely cause by extreme scale build up on walls of cast iron. Due to age and condition of sewer lines believe best option is to replace with PVC.

Site visit

Service to run a standard leak detection service on a two bathroom 1980s home. Water meter reads 0.00gpm of water flow. Client stated he had another plumber out this morning that repaired a leaking toilet tank. Leak has been resolved at this time.

Ran video camera to determine the severity of a broken sewer line. Entire sewer line is back pitched not allowing water to drain properly. Also identified the lift pumps wires to be cut. Now the lift pump is not engaging. Client currently does not have an active sewer.

Land lord tenant property but tenants called us in thinking job would be cheap enough for them to just pay. Sewer lines need replacing and so do water lines. No valve for kitchen and line is busted.

Warranty/ site visit to tighten up faucets we had installed during Repipe/ Redrain style work.

Customer had a laundry back up, water came through cleanout in sun room. I pulled out make shift cleanout cap and snaked about 70 ft of cable through line and cleared. Lots of white grease and debris in line. I gave option for jetter to clear grease and debris out of line.

Repaired install recall on front hall bathroom supply line. Replaced water supply line and tested for leaks. No more leaks at this time.

Customer has a continuously running toilet in a powder room. The problem was traced to a deteriorated flapper valve that failed to seal properly, causing water to leak from the tank into the bowl. I replaced the old flapper with a new, high-quality silicone model and adjusted the chain length for optimal performance. This repair not only stopped the water wastage but also improved the efficiency of the toilet's flushing mechanism.

Service to replace the entire sewer system in a 1940s raised home with new PVC drain lines. Price includes all parts, labor, 15 year warranty, etc.

Cleared toilets with plunger

Ran a standard video camera inspection of a two bathroom raised home built around 1940-1950s. Clients current main sewer system if completely compromised to the point that the entire bottom end of the system is no longer there. Recommended immediately replacing the sewer system to avoid property damages/ sewage piling up below the home. This will cause the tenants to need to leave the home if left alone.
