Service to Repipe a two bathroom Mobile home in pex waterlines through the underside of the crawl space. Repipe includes all parts, labor, warranties, etc. The warranty of 25 years through the manufacturer is transferable to the new buyer as well!

Replaced customer supplied fixtures.

Customer spoke to me over the phone and found that the water heater is 2002 he does not want us to come out since we would not be able to repair. He said he will replace the heater himself.

Earlier today, I cut out and repaired the main shut-off valve that my colleague Troy had previously installed on the side of a home. I shut off the main water supply, unsoldered the old valve, replaced it with a lead-free ball valve from Viega, and tested the new valve for proper operation. The home's water system is now functioning correctly with the repaired main shut-off.

Customer is not answering phone every time I call him it goes to voicemail. So I cannot get email to leave estimate. The tenant does not speak English and does not understand me either.

On todays visit we walked through a two bathroom Mobile home after the client had received an inspection prior to the sale of their home. The inspector identified PolyB waterlines under the hall bathroom sink. Upon further examination we found that the entire home, minus a small area near the master bathroom, has the same poly material. Recommended the full replacement as to not hold up the sale of their home. We are unable to make permanent repairs on this product as it has an extraordinarily high chance of failure/ flooding.

Service to replace 1” pressure reducing valve on the home. Existing one failed and caused a drop in pressure in the home. Installed new pressure reducing valve and set the homes max psi to 70.

Customer is going to call his bank to see if he can get a interest free card to get work done and let us know by the end of today. I explained we can do it Monday or Tuesday if so.

Renai tankless heater is having multiple issues. It has started on fire the front of unit is fried and just not staying lit as well. I explained the only option is to replace with a new navien. Customer stated they need a day or so to get an approval from the home owner and will have to call us once they know.

Camera inspect sewer to see if the septic tank is full. Dropped right into the septic tank which is full. Customer is going to have them come pump it out and look over the drain field. Provided couple estimates for when he is ready as well.

Was able to clear blockage. Explained to customer it is not the right piping or fittings that were used for the sewer and is illegal and is the reason they are having issues. Provided estimate to cut out and re do the right way.

Video inspected sewer line from outside clean out on the left side of home. Went down stream of clean out found no issues with sewer line down stream went upstream of the clean out and found sewer line has no issues. Found sewer line has some sewage build up on the walls. Customers issue is old toilets. Toilets will need to be replaced.

Service to replace the main service waterline from the meter to the home and install a new main shutoff valve.

Estimate sold for new main water service from the meter to the home with a new main shutoff valve. Collected $1095.00 deposit Remaining due on completion.

Clients neighbor identified a failure in the irrigation system to be the cause of the very high water bill. Client to contact the HOA board and see if they have recommendations for an irrigation repair company.

Replaced 1/2in threaded hose bib

Customers sewer is back pitched and has incorrect fittings used and no vents. Customer needs to replace sewer line.
