I provided a quote and scheduled a master bathroom toilet replacement. The current toilet was experiencing persistent leaks and inefficient flushing due to age. I recommended installing a Kohler Highline Comfort Height toilet with a 1.28 GPF (gallons per flush) for water efficiency. The quote included removing the old unit, inspecting the existing flange for potential damage, and replacing the wax ring and supply line with a braided stainless steel hose. The installation was scheduled for the following week to ensure minimal disruption.

Estimate for new valve and worked valve back and forth until it shut off. Customer happy with valve function for now.

Customer broke pipe coming out of ground before back flow. I came out and removed union and cut old pvc threads out, cut pipe and glued new coupling with male adapter. Reconnected and tested all tested good no leaks

Service to clear a blockage effecting the kitchen sink/ shower floor drains. Attempted to snake the floor with a 6’ hand auger but attempts were unsuccessful. Ran the k50 big sewer machine with the shower floor and broke the stoppage free at approx 10’. Ran an additional twenty feet beyond that point to insure drains were open and free flowing. Filled and dumped the kitchen sink, and ran the shower for approx 15mins to make sure the line was open and free from obstructions.

Service to clear a blockage effecting the kitchen and bathroom on the opposite side of the kitchen area. Identified a clean out at the left rear of the building that was full of water. Once snaked and blockage was cleared we then ran a video camera down the line to insure the drain was fully opened and free of debris. Recovered wet wipes and feminine products. Matt’s will warranty for 90 days. Stoppage warranty will be voided if more wet wipes/ feminine products are recovered upon our return.

Roots have made their way into the main line, approximately 3 feet before city clean out at sidewalk, on homeowner side. We will need to do a spot repair up to 5 feet to correct this issue.
