Came out for inspection and estimate to replace poly water lines. Both bathrooms and kitchen have poly. Would recommend 2 bathroom house water line repipe. To include new laundry box and valves, new emergency shut off for toilets and faucets, new hose bibs, new main water shut off valve to avoid using meter at the street. New ice maker box and also the option to add a new water heater. New hot and cold water lines piped in Uponor piping. Recommend to replace all water lines going to the house as both bathrooms have poly water lines, the kitchen also has poly water lines. Recommend to replace all hot and cold water lines for the mobile home to remove all poly water lines. We would also instal a new 3/4 quarter turn ball valve for the house to make shutting the water off easier for homeowners.

Service to replace existing water heater with a 30 gallon commercial grade water heater. Transitioned from copper to upunor pex and ran all new connections. Installed a water heater pan as well as a new shut off valve. 6 year manufacturer warranty and 1 year parts and labor warranty with the company. Checked behind the panel of the master bathroom and didn’t find a leak. Ran water and tested for a leak, but was unable to find one. Found staining on wood near the bath tub from a potential existing leak that has been repaired.

Sold water heater. Will install tomorrow morning

It was her hose kinked and she had a light bulb burnt out.

Install shut off for ice maker and hook up to fridge. Made sure no leaks.

Toilet was loose. Made sure caulked and shimmed.

Cut out sewer piping under the home that is not pitched correctly and that has the calcium build up blockage inside the piping, install new sch 40 pvc all up to Florida plumbing code standards strapped with the right pitch it needs. which includes new toilet flanges and 2 new gerber maxwell toilets.

Sold estimate to repipe 2 bathroom mobile home. Shower valves included. Will also supply and install 2 gerber maxwell elongated ada toilets and a 1/2hp garbage disposal.

Service to make a necessary drain repair in the crawl space of a 2 bathroom mobile home. Price includes all parts, labor, 2 year craftsmanship warranty , etc.

Customer is looking more for a walk in bathtub. I explained all we’d be able to pretty much do is supply a standard bathtub from mobile home supply house with surround and install with grab bars and explained that it is very hard to get any bigger types of bathtubs since it is a mobile home and the sizing is different compared to a regular house.
