Customer will have subfloor over head in garage exposed and drywall removed in areas rounding scope of work as needed. Will rough in shower drain in guest bathroom and tie into existing plumbing. Studor vent box will be provided as needed. Will provide and install Moen (3) way Diverter Shower Valve only. Customer will be responsible for all trim finish parts. Price includes running and mount (3) wing Ls for shower heads and spray wand capped off and pressure tested. Will include line run inside wall for toilet. Will cut back and remove existing copper as needed for aesthetics. Will run hot/cold lines inside wall for kitchen sink and pot filler rough in only. Does not include and fixtures appliances sinks or final trim out. Quoted price above is for rough in only.

You never know when you blindly pick a number for service what you are going to get. Luckily, I was assigned Chad who came out and was very thourough. He explained step by step what we were dealing with. We encountered some unforseen circumstances along the way and he went above and beyond on a Friday evening to help me figure everything out that needed to be done. Although we couldn’t get the job finished tonight, I have every confidence that his other team members will be just as helpful as he was been.
