Wanted leak located for someone else to fix. Will probably still call us back though
I had the opportunity to complete a water heater repair job. The customer was experiencing water pressure issues with their water heater. After a thorough inspection, I identified the problem as a faulty heating element. I replaced the element and tested the system to ensure it was functioning correctly. The customer was pleased with the repair.
Estimate provided for a new Wi-Fi capable tank type water heater in clients home.
Client is currently seeing a kitchen sink drain line backup inside of the home. Clients mother is making an attempt to reach the homeowner and attempts were unsuccessful. Client elected to reschedule on account of not being able to reach the homeowner for approval.
Dig up and replace 25 foot section of sewer line with new cleanout.
Demo flooring in bathroom and break open concrete. Cut out all existing cast iron out. Dig a trench through out the back of the home and front to the city tap and remove existing sewer piping and install new sch 40 pvc up to Florida plumbing code standards with the right pitch it needs. Will need to run a new laundry drain the correct way and tie into the main as well. We are not responsible for tile or drywall repairs. Will rebuild shower pan and customer will need to take care of the drywall and tile once completed.

Remove water filter and loop the line. Made sure no leaks and water pressure is back to normal.
Customer is not home and not answering phones.
Replaced customer supplied water heater 40 gallon medium. Old heater was a 40g tall. Needs longer electrical whip. All was tested and good. 1 year labor warranty. No warranty on the heater its self other than the manufacturer warranty.
Customer is going to budget for the work and let us know once they are ready.
Teflon shower arm to repair leak.
Leak in guest 1/2 pool bathroom on bottom floor ceiling. Believe is originating from 2nd floor guest bathroom shower. When shower is in use I can hear active drip echo in ceiling. Let water run for 10 min no water penetration through ceiling. Believe water is trying across ceiling/subfloor. Could be shower riser or shower drain/waste arm assembly. Advised customer to cut/install access panel behind shower valve to inspect valve and riser before cutting ceilings on first floor. Customer is going to cut wall and install access panel herself. She will call back to schedule for repairs if located leak or to return and open ceiling on 1st floor for further inspection.
Snake laundry drain
Provided estimates. Customer is getting multiple estimates before deciding.
Replace angle stop. Made sure no leaks.
Auger toilet. Cleared blockage, toilet flushing properly.
City fixed it.
Customer called for master bathroom toilet leaking. Upon further investigation found that leak was coming from flapper. Disassembled and removed existing 3in flapper and furnished and install one new 3in flapper. Tested all connections with customer all is in proper working order at this time no leaks present at this time.
Replaced 40 gallon water heater
Provided customer with estimate. They decided to wait to get it fixed. I explained the reason for the price because the drains are set up differently than regular bathtubs in mobile homes and it costs a little ,Orr to get the right parts.
Water line repair service call. Service to make necessary repairs to a 3/4” cpvc to pvc transition as the mainline fractured from weather fluctuations, strapping issues, etc. service to replace the tub shower valve in the only bathroom in the home with a New Lifetime Warrantied Moen Shower valve. Service to replace the tub drain assembly as the old tub drain has corroded and pitted to the point of potential failure.
Work sold for Monday 1/8/24 Collected $675 deposit Remaining balance due upon completion
$2000 deposit taken please schedule for Friday.
Install new customer supplied toilet Cut out and install new flange. Made sure all working properly with no leaks.
