I arrived to assess the issue and determined that cutting up the wall was necessary for a thorough diagnostic. Using precise tools, I carefully cut sections of the wall to expose the underlying structure. This allowed for a detailed examination of the wiring and plumbing, ensuring accurate identification of any problems. I will return tomorrow to continue with the necessary repairs based on my findings.

Upon inspection, the toilet exhibited a leak at the base during flushing and from the fill valve. A toilet replacement was recommended, but a temporary solution was approved. The toilet was removed, revealing a broken flange, which was repaired using a SaniFlange. A full replacement is advised. Additionally, the fill valve and supply line were replaced. After multiple flushes, no leaks were detected.

This company ripped me off for $350 when the technician said it was a City problem!!!!!! Then he told me to call him back if I had any issues!!!!! He still charged me knowing he didn’t fix my issue and yeah…. My house began backing up again and I called the city and come to find out, he never even removed the clean out cap and never even pulled my toilet out of my bathroom!!!!!!! What did I pay for!!!!!!!!!!!! Complete rip off!!!!!!!!
