Demo tile wall up to edge of shower wall. Remove and dispose of toilet. Replace toilet waste arm up to vent stack. Will return to install new 12 inch enlogated toilet combo and hookup customer supplied vanity. (Includes mounting faucet, pop up drain and tubular trap assembly with new angle stops and supply lines) Customer will supply and install vanity cabinet as well as supply faucet and pop up drain. No finish repairs offered or included (tile,drywall,paint,cabinetry,baseboards) Price is subject to adjustment based off of unforeseen circumstances.
