Major slab leak under house pouring outside. Needs repipe to remove all old copper under slab with new Uponor water lines and valves

Service to install a new potable water system throughout the attic space of the home and down to each fixture within the home. Price includes all parts, labor, permitting/ inspection fees, two shower valves, and a new 30 gallon tank type water heater. 25 year manufacturer warranty on water system, lifetime warranty on bith shower valves, 6 year warranty on heater through manufacturer, and a 10 year leak free guarantee from Matt’s Plumbing craftsmanship. Install customer supplied kitchen faucet.

Snaked through the cleanout in the rear of the home to clear a whole home related drain blockage. Ran the system thoroughly to insure drains were flowing temporarily. Ran the video camera following the drain clearing and identified a sewer holding water from the rear of the home until it enters the center of the yard. Estimate prepared for necessary replacements. No warranty can be held on drain blockage at this home. Clients home currently has a back pitched section of sewer running at approx 30’ below the rear concrete patio area.

Client was experiencing what is to be believed as an exterior moisture barrier/ tyvek/ weather sealant related issue. Service fee waived as we re unable to resolve issue for client.

Quoted customer for repipe options and replace all angle stops as requested. Copper lines are in very poor condition and (6) out of (9) angle stops are sweat on. Pending approval customer needs to discuss with family.

Shower repair service call. Guest hallway (3) Handle Tub/Shower Valve leaking (will not shut off on hot side) also loose inside wall (not anchored or secured). Performed faucet repair as well. Quoted customer to replace through tile wall with remodel trim kit.

Client is currently experiencing a cold side Underslab copper pipe failure. Pictures show evidence of a repair being made in the same place before. Copper is aging out and may need to be fully replaced soon as the piping has failed now multiple times. Service to diagnose source of leak and pinpoint area for leak repairs to be made. Estimates attached.

Replaced toilet with gerber maxwell elongated comfort height, also replaced 3 lav faucets

Break open wall of side of the home. Locate the copper line leaking. Chip open minimal amount of concrete flooring, repair the line, patch up the concrete and stucko, we are not responsible for drywall repair. Customer will be aware of having to go forward with a Repipe if during the project we run into a major situation with the piping. We will put $2200 dollars of the repair toward the Repipe if it goes that route.

Provided customer with options for repair. They will let us know what they decide once they figure out finances.
