Installed outside cleanout for kitchen drain and snaked kitchen drain. All tested and good. Sink drains good. No venting system for plumbing and main drain looks like it has back pitch causing water to sit and debris to build up.

Install a customer supplied water heater.

Customer just moved into house and has discovered several issues they want fixed as well as other items I found during assessment. Shower valves are outdated Delta single handles. Leak in master shower on shower riser for valve behind laundry room. Right side double vanity faucet will not shut off properly. Garbage disposal rusted and showing signs of water damage, also angle stops are outdated and in poor condition. Quoted different options for customer based on findings, recommendations, and customer request. She needs to discuss options with husband before they make a decision, he was unavailable at work during site visit. Work pending approval. I left my number for husband to call me when he is available to talk.

Service to run a standard leak detection service on a two bathroom raised home. We did identify that one toilet in the guest bathroom has a very, very slight leak. Customer elected to handle the standard toilet repair on his own. Upon further questioning and examination, we did identify that the customer shuts down the water to his home while returning back to their other home in Georgia. The one constant is the sprinkler irrigation system. Sprinkler irrigation runs for approximately one hour in total four times per week. Recommend the customer to contact an irrigation company in order to better isolate the system for lawn care.

Service to rough in a new kitchen waste arm, a cold side dual angle stop, and a hot side dual angle stop. Matt’s will feed a new dishwasher supply and an ice maker supply for Lowe’s to do the final connection. Matt’s will install a customer supplied faucet and disposal on a return visit. Service to replace the cold side angle stops in the garage bathroom (toilet and lavatory sink), install a new Moen lavatory faucet (Matt’s Supplied), and install a new drain assembly. Service to hook up a new trap in the hall bathroom and test for leaks. JInstalled lav faucet and trap. New angle stops on cold lines in garage bathroom. Roughed in drain for kitchen. Installed 2 dual angle stops in kitchen. Installed ice maker line and dishwasher line and drain tube through cabinets. Replaced pop up assembly and hooked up trap in hall bathroom. Need to go back to install kitchen drains and disposal.

Estimate presented for a series of rough in related work needed prior to countertops being installed into the home. Collected. $985 deposit Remaining due on Thursday end of day at completion Client to call us back for final hookup upon completion of countertops.

Service to run the k60 sewer machine with a straight head through the right rear vent stack of the home to clear a half house backup effecting the right side of the house. Recovered an unbelievable amount of wet wipes from the drain. Video camera inspection identified a couple more wipes still left behind. Recommending a whole house Hydrojet to occur ASAP to remove all the built up grease, wet wipes, and debris from drainline.

On todays visit we were called out to examine a water loss related issue where water had bled into the master bathroom closet area. On the opposite side of the wall from where the water was identified is the master bathroom recessed shower stall. Clients son advised it hasn’t been used since identifying the water loss issue and the area has dried itself up since then. No active water leaks on potable water system. Identified some exterior stucco related fractures which is a sign of water trapping itself inside of the walls. Recommend having the stucco resealed and painted as well as a water proof paint down near the footer. Odds are the leak is related to a failed waterproof membrane inside of the master bathroom shower that is slowly making its way into the master closet. Client will need the assistance of a general contractor to tear the shower out, water proof the shower, and then retire the shower stall.

Service to Repipe a two bathroom mobile home in Uponor Pex water materials. Price includes all new shut off valves, supply lines, main shut off valves (WH and Main), two shower fixtures with widespread plates, labor, etc.

Water system comes with a 25 year manufactures warranty. Shower valves come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

Replaced moen cartridge. Sold halo install for Monday morning.

Repipe of water system sold for Thursday 2/1/24 Collected $3000.00 deposit Remaining balances due upon start up. Repipe was the option after finding PolyB water system failure that caused damages to the clients floor, wall, insulation, etc.
