Snaked drain from cleanout for kitchen sink, ran hot water and and cleaned out. All was tested and good.

Hose bib popped off of Cpvc joint. Was not broken. I cleaned fitting and pipe and glued the old hose bib back on to the pipe. All was tested and good no leaks.

Had to do major toilet rebuild, removed flush valve and replaced gasket in flash valve, replaced fill valve. Sink faucet is loose but only way to tighten is to remove sink.

Clear main line stoppage through accessible clean out. Sewer acces on left side does not connect to bathroom mainline. Attempted clearing from from vent, ran over 100 ft of cable. Manager contacted house supervisor and we were advised there is an independent main on opposite side of house in back yard. Ran cable upstream from second clean out access. Cleared (2) blockages upstream and downstream from mainline clean out access. Witnessed tremendous amounts of wet wipes, tampons, applicators and grease present in lines. Highly recommending replacing clean out access points with correct fittings and performing whole bldg hydro jet service.

Plumbing repair for a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink, which was causing water damage to the cabinets. The leak was swiftly located and the damaged section of the pipe was replaced. After completing the repair, we checked for any additional leaks to ensure the system was fully functional and secure.

Site visit/Warranty

Old moen posi temp cartridge was bad, trim for shower was also not screwed in it was just hanging there. I removed all trim and removed old cartridge. Replaced with new cartridge and installed and tightened trim to valve. All was tested and good no leaks

Customer wants specific items on home inspection report repaired for sale. Main house Grey single story. Replace pop up drain for guest hallway lavatory sink by garage. Ref#11 Loft Apartment above garage (Brown Bldg.) Strap white pex tubing along carport on exterior wall to eliminate sagging. Ref#3 Run T+P drain line from tankless water heater inside 2nd floor bathroom through subfloor into garage down to garage floor with 3/4 inch air gap. Ref#2 Secure sewer clean out riser behind garage in ground. Ref#4

Quoted customer to rough in for new kitchen sink from carport ceiling and install a flush valve kit for tankless water heater correctly to code.

Replaced main Cpvc ball valve at house. Had to shut water off about 6 units away to shut down the units to proceed and do work. Turned water on and tested all was tested good no leaks. Cpvc water line with brass quarter turn valve.

Need to replace hose bib on left side of house.

Coordination with the HOA was necessary to shut off the neighborhood water supply for the replacement of a main water line. Additionally, I provided an estimate for installing a new water softener system, detailing the cost of equipment and labor. This ensures residents will experience improved water quality and system efficiency upon completion.

In Hudson, FL, I conducted a complete repiping of the kitchen sink. This involved removing outdated or faulty piping and installing new, high-grade pipes to enhance the sink's plumbing system. The job included fitting new shut-off valves and ensuring all connections were secure to prevent any potential leaks. This update not only improves water flow but also increases the reliability and longevity of the kitchen’s plumbing infrastructure.

Installed new water softener and uv light in back yard shed. All was tested and good no leaks and tested for soft water all tested good. Also hydro chlorinated water lines, cleared out all debris and bacteria in water lines. Had to clean out fixtures aerators as they got clogged by some debris that got cleared out. Pressure in all fixtures with soft water.

Replaced main water shut off to house old one was leaking. Customer said he didn’t want a new hose bib. Installed new quarter turn ball valve

Paid 2000 deposit. Instal new water softener and uv light with a chlorination of water system.

Repipe All new hot and cold potable water lines to all fixtures ran in pex All new emergency shut off valves and supply lines Will tie into all existing fixtures. Laundry room is in shed, 1 full bath 1 half bath and kitchen. Customer asked if the instal crew could please not leave cigarette buds on the ground, wipe feet or cover feet when going inside.

Not plumbing

Installed outside cleanout for kitchen drain and snaked kitchen drain. All tested and good. Sink drains good. No venting system for plumbing and main drain looks like it has back pitch causing water to sit and debris to build up.

Install a customer supplied water heater.

Customer just moved into house and has discovered several issues they want fixed as well as other items I found during assessment. Shower valves are outdated Delta single handles. Leak in master shower on shower riser for valve behind laundry room. Right side double vanity faucet will not shut off properly. Garbage disposal rusted and showing signs of water damage, also angle stops are outdated and in poor condition. Quoted different options for customer based on findings, recommendations, and customer request. She needs to discuss options with husband before they make a decision, he was unavailable at work during site visit. Work pending approval. I left my number for husband to call me when he is available to talk.

Service to run a standard leak detection service on a two bathroom raised home. We did identify that one toilet in the guest bathroom has a very, very slight leak. Customer elected to handle the standard toilet repair on his own. Upon further questioning and examination, we did identify that the customer shuts down the water to his home while returning back to their other home in Georgia. The one constant is the sprinkler irrigation system. Sprinkler irrigation runs for approximately one hour in total four times per week. Recommend the customer to contact an irrigation company in order to better isolate the system for lawn care.
