I provided an estimate for a slab leak repair at a residential property. After conducting a thorough inspection using a leak detection device, I identified the source of the water intrusion beneath the concrete slab. I explained the repair process to the homeowner, including accessing the leak, repairing the damaged pipe, and restoring the affected area. The estimate included all necessary labor, materials, and a projected timeline for completion.

Customer is getting black water out of the hot side, looked over everything and explained that we would need to replace the water heater which is 9 years old. Gave a couple options with an air injection and water softener system as well but customer needs to speak with wife before they make a decision.
Provided customer with estimate they stated they cannot afford more than 100 dollars to do work.
