Gave estimate to replace shower valve

Break open concrete around toilet flange and cut out piping that is infested with roots and install new piping with toilet flange. Replace angle stop as well. We are not responsible for tile repair. Will patch concrete back to rough once work is complete.

Added clean out under sink, snaked kitchen drain to clear blockage, installed new garbage disposal made sure all working properly with no leaks.

Customer has to talk to her dad first and get back with us about work.

Customer had a quote for 1200 dollars. Explained we cannot do a water heater for that cheap. He has been shopping around.

Could not give an exact estimate with the condition of the home.

Replace delta shower cartridge. Made sure working properly. Customer did not want to give email.

Attempt to clear blockage, was able to clear the drain which was just construction garbage in the drain. Made sure tub is draining properly.

Customer wanted to get an estimate they are still debating on if they want to get done or not.

Customer has copper drains for kitchen. He explained when he pulled it apart himself it was crumbling into pieces and he had to fix it. I explained there’s a high chance the pipe will break into pieces cabling the line. He said he doesn’t have the money to worry about that at the moment.

Clear blockage in bathtub pulled back lots of hair. Also provided estimates for new toilets and to replace the plastic angle stops.

Provided estimates to customer she explained she has to speak with her husband about the options I gave and she said it wouldn’t be til the middle of next month when they get the work done if so.

Camera the clean out on the city side of the home and found lots of roots that caused the customers entire nouse sewer to back up. Was able to clear the line and explained to customer to call the city and have them come out to solve the issue since it is on their end. Clear blockage through clean out on the city side for the house.

Left voicemail with property management company. Was not able to get a email to send over to.

Attempt to clear blockage through clean out. Lots and lots of paper towels in the line. The entire sewer in the building has little to no pitch and is built up with stuff which it needs a hydro jetting done. Customer stated they rent the unit and just needed it cleared for now and the owner has to take care of that.

Customer didn’t expect it to be that expensive to install under mount sink but is going to talk to husband and let us know.

Cut broken line and repair with new cpvc. Made sure no leaks.

Trench 35 feet of 2 inch pvc to tie into the main sewer with the correct pitch that it needs. All work performed up to Florida plumbing code standards. Will back fill trench when work is done. Will need to chip up a little concrete in order to pop the line through the side of the building.

Sewer line cleared itself by the time I got to customers and customer saw it flowing through cleanout.

Customer stated they will get back with us about the work.
