We recently replaced a sink in the master bathroom, upgrading to a Kohler Caxton under-mount sink. The process began with removing the old sink and inspecting the existing plumbing for any issues. We then installed the new Kohler sink, ensuring a secure fit and proper alignment. All plumbing connections were made using 1/2-inch PEX tubing and SharkBite fittings for reliable, leak-free performance. Finally, we tested the faucet and drain to confirm everything was working perfectly. This upgrade not only improves functionality but also enhances the bathroom's aesthetic appeal. Executed emergency copper pipe repair in residential basement. Identified pinhole leak in 3/4" Type L copper cold water line using Fluke 561 infrared thermometer. Cut out damaged section with RIDGID 15 tubing cutter. Cleaned pipe ends with wire brush and applied flux. Installed 6" Pro Press coupling for seamless connection. Pressure tested repair to 100 PSI using Watts TK-99E test kit. Insulated repaired section with Armacell AP/Armaflex pipe insulation. Checked for proper flow and absence of leaks. Repair completed in 1 hour, restoring full water service to household.

Cut out old gate valve that is all copper piping and install new 3/4 brass ball valve.

During a plumbing repair, we found a leak that was under the master bathroom's sink. We determined that a worn-out seal was the cause of the issue. After replacing the seal and ensuring all connections were secure, we conducted a thorough check to confirm the leak was resolved.

Camera diagnostic and exploratory holes. Price will be adjusted on what we find.

Cable service to clear mainline blockage. Women’s and men’s mainline clogged, backing up through men’s floor drain. Will run 7/8th cutter through line to restore flow. No warranties offered on sewer cable services. Cleared blockage at 30 ft with cutter head, ran total 75ft. Left all (4) faucets running while flushing men’s toilet approximately 30 times after clearing blockage, also flushed each women’s toilet 7times. No signs of slow draining or blockage present at this time. Advised customer hydrojet services may be needed in near future if this becomes a reoccurring issue. No debris found on cables when removed however residual wet wipes were stuck to walls of riser pipe for men’s floor drain. Believe issue was caused by heavy paper products being flushed down toilets.

Leak is upstairs neighbors responsibility

I recently completed a 2 bath repipe in pex for a great client in Kissimmee. We installed all new water lines to all fixtures ran overhead/crawlspace, all new emergency shut off valves and supply lines, and may need to open up various drywall holes throughout home for access. Payment is due at restoration of services, and an inspection will be called in after we receive payment. All new lines installed to current Florida plumbing code.

Break open concrete around toilet flange and cut out piping that is infested with roots and install new piping with toilet flange. Replace angle stop as well. We are not responsible for tile repair. Will patch concrete back to rough once work is complete.

Added clean out under sink, snaked kitchen drain to clear blockage, installed new garbage disposal made sure all working properly with no leaks.

Customer has to talk to her dad first and get back with us about work.
