AC condensate overflow is leaking underneath Navien Water Heater. Will clean out and unclog condensate housing and line for Tankless Navien Water Heater Shop vac both ends Will descale and flush tankless water heater. Will also unclog Condensate line which is causing a leak. Leak caused by missing O ring on condensate cap, Navien is over right shipping a new one to customer. He will install o ring. I told him we would charge if he wants us to comeback out for o ring install.

Quoted price to correct and hookup pre existing water filtration system and sediment filter in garage. Pending approval.

Customer call us out to determine if she has a leak per city because they charged customer more than normal and only way to make sure that the meter wasn’t read wrong or if homeowner has an actual leak that could of caused the price increase. Has to leaking toilets upstairs and two valves leaking outside. Gave pricing options but stated she can do it her self.

Customer has already filled a claim with her insurance, her kitchen cabinet is falling apart as the sink is not connected to the counter top. The drains are dislodged. Water is shut off to the kitchen sink. Garbage disposal is old. House is 2013 with Cpvc water lines. Fridge has its own individual line coming from kitchen sink under floor to fridge with a box. Cut small whole in wall no sign of any water. Customer wants to just have her insurance do everything. Kitchen granite counter tops are also misaligned and causing problems. Needs new kitchen

Gave option for to system and to faucet for customer she is selling home and customer requested one. Will tests her water for lead and talk to new homeowner about the options I gave.

Service to rework the drain assembly underneath the kitchen sink with a new Studer vent, in-line test T, and getting the new drain ventilation assembly up above the bottom of the kitchen sink basin in the back right corner to eliminate sewer gas related issue. Service to jackhammer up a three square-foot area inside of the kitchen in order to remove a potential disconnected/collapsed section of the PVC drain line. Service to Hydro jet the kitchen drain line, using the reverse pull method from the clean out on the exterior left side of the home to rid the drain system of any additional grease, sand, and debris. Matt’s plumbing will video inspect the drain system to insure system is pitched and free flowing before putting the line back together. Matt’s will install a new piece of vapor barrier in the floor and cement to a rough graded finish. Client will need to have a flooring company do a skim coat of leveling cement and then reinstall necessary sections of the flooring. Matts will cap

Estimate to replace/ install new toilets for clients future needs.

Customer has a small pool with a waterfall in the backyard that has a leak in it. We cannot detect the leak in a pool with the equipment that we have. Referred the customer over to a pool leak detection company.

On arrival customer wanted sinks hooked back up after her new counters where installed. 4 sinks needed hooking up. Reconnected all 4 p traps, and 4 hot and 4 cold supply lines for all sinks. All was tested and good no leaks.

Above ground on right side of garage will cut out broken 1 inch PVC T. Will straight pipe repair in CPVC and restore water to home. When restored water pressure to home found 1 inch Plastic PVC ball valve is leaking from handle when partially and fully open. Found when partially turned off valves leak slows down dramatically. I left in this position until authorization is given to properly replace valve. Estimates sent to customer with invoice and photos. Unable to reach Via Phone upon completion.

Provided and installed (3) compression angle stops and new Brushed Nickel Moen Faucet at kitchen sink.

Water heater estimates.

Customer has a leaking cpvc waterline and a clogged upstairs drain. Will return tomorrow. Customer will then decide on which specific estimate he wants to move forward with.

Water heater estimates sent

Flushed tankless water heater for 45 minutes and then clod flushed system for another 5 minutes. Estimates provided for new customer supplied toilets and bidet toilet seats.

Furnish and install one new 50gal water heater with ball valve and pan

Quoted to cut open kitchen ceiling, replace p trap/riser/tub waste overflow correctly. Pending approval.

Tested water, inspected softener, quoted pricing for replacement system due to softeners age and defects. Pending approval.

Service to run a standard leak detection service. Identified no leaks on system. Checked every fixture in the home. Believe cause on $300+ water bills is from repeatedly filling pool and client was currently watering 7 days a week for 30 minute periods.
