Executed installation of customer-supplied salt-free water conditioner and laundry sink. Installed Nuvo H20 DPHB-A water conditioner system on main water line using SharkBite push-to-connect fittings for seamless integration. Ensured proper flow direction and secured unit with mounting brackets. Installed Mustee 14CP utility sink in laundry area, connecting to existing plumbing with 1-1/2" PVC P-trap and tailpiece. Added quarter-turn shut-off valves for easy maintenance. Tested system for leaks using soap solution and verified proper water flow. Adjusted water pressure to optimal 60 PSI using Watts LF25AUB-Z3 pressure reducing valve. Completed installation enhances water quality and laundry functionality.

Jetted the main line of the house and repaired a section of 4” sewer pipe on the outside of the house that was back pitched

Replaced old 50 gallon water heater, installed new valve, 50 gallon electric heater, used customer pan and hard piped heater. All was tested and good no leaks. Fill up water heater before turning on breaker. Breaker was heating up before I left all should be good.

Sold 50 gallon water heater tall electric for Monday morning. Customer had medium 50 gallon heater on site but wasn’t tall enough for electric. Customer to return his water heater and we will supply new water heater installed up to code.

Executed rough-in plumbing for back-to-back sink installation. Utilized 2-inch ABS pipe for the main drain line, incorporating a double sanitary tee fitting to accommodate dual P-traps. Installed 1/2-inch copper supply lines with separate shut-off valves for each sink and implemented air chambers to prevent water hammer. Pressure-tested supply lines at 100 PSI for one hour to ensure integrity. Secured all piping with appropriate hangers and supports to meet local code requirements. Left an access panel for future maintenance. Scheduled a return visit for the trim-out phase, including fixture installation and final connections. Additionally, installed a tankless water heater for on-demand hot water, ensuring proper venting and gas connections for efficient operation.

Replaced 40 gallon natural gas water heater and emergency isolation valve. Hauled away old water heater. Home owner responsible for water heater. Replaced gas shut off for stove and supplied/partially installed gas flex hose. They want to floor under new stove and are not ready to connect supply yet. Replace and raised height of hot/cold angle stops for kitchen sink. This portion green construction is responsible for.

AC condensate overflow is leaking underneath Navien Water Heater. Will clean out and unclog condensate housing and line for Tankless Navien Water Heater Shop vac both ends Will descale and flush tankless water heater. Will also unclog Condensate line which is causing a leak. Leak caused by missing O ring on condensate cap, Navien is over right shipping a new one to customer. He will install o ring. I told him we would charge if he wants us to comeback out for o ring install.

Customer call us out to determine if she has a leak per city because they charged customer more than normal and only way to make sure that the meter wasn’t read wrong or if homeowner has an actual leak that could of caused the price increase. Has to leaking toilets upstairs and two valves leaking outside. Gave pricing options but stated she can do it her self.

Customer has already filled a claim with her insurance, her kitchen cabinet is falling apart as the sink is not connected to the counter top. The drains are dislodged. Water is shut off to the kitchen sink. Garbage disposal is old. House is 2013 with Cpvc water lines. Fridge has its own individual line coming from kitchen sink under floor to fridge with a box. Cut small whole in wall no sign of any water. Customer wants to just have her insurance do everything. Kitchen granite counter tops are also misaligned and causing problems. Needs new kitchen
