I was called to a home to fix a flood alarm that was not working. I found that the wires had come loose from the alarm. I reattached the wires and tested the alarm to ensure it was working properly.

Replaced (3) angle stops and (3) lavatory supply lines. No warranty due to age and condition of fixtures and Grey Poly B piping.

Plumbing service. Performed a thorough 3-angle stop service, replacing old fittings with new ones to enhance water flow efficiency. After completing the service, the system was tested to guarantee optimal functionality.

30 gallon low boy on shelf leaking a lil from the base. Customer wants 40 gallon low boy. I gave two options one for customer supplied and one for us to supply. Customer will call if she wants us to proceed with the work.

Found restricted flow at several fixtures causing whistling and whining noises when water in use. Advised customer er we need to start at angle stops and supply lines replacements. Then possibly have to replace faucets and fill valves as well.

Investigated source of leak. Clients tenants have stopped using the dishwasher and the floors stopped oozing water from them. Once I started the dishwasher and ran it on a few short cycles water did appear below the dishwasher. I recommend calling and appliance repair company to make tempts to repair the dishwasher. Client could also have a drain related leak, but very unlikely bases on the information and testing the clients tenants had performed.

Quoted to replace guest hallway tub/shower valve and trim with remodel plate magnetic handheld Moen wand and new rod/lever overflow cover. Pending approval.

Estimate provided for hydrojetting to remove an excessive amount of grease and calcium development that’s causing reoccurring back ups in Unit O102. Recommend we start with jetting and then further analyze the system to determine whether jackhammer up floors is necessary. Matt’s Plumbing is a COD plumbing organization that requires a 30% deposit prior to scheduling the job and then remaining balances due to be paid upon the date of rendered services.

I recently completed the installation of new faucets in both the kitchen and utility room of a residential property. In the kitchen, I replaced the old, corroded Delta single-handle faucet with a modern Moen Brantford pull-down model. For the utility room sink, I installed a Kohler Forte single-hole faucet. Both new fixtures are operating smoothly and providing the homeowners with improved water flow and functionality.

Will attempt to clear kitchen lateral from or vent with 5/8th sewer cable. Ran total of 50 ft arrow cutter from roof vent. Tested drain by running water 10 min, then performed dump test with customer present. Flow is restored to line and customer is satisfied with results. Quoted for clean out install and Hydrojet service to clean out all debris from kitchen lateral. Pending approval.

Service to replace 40 gallon medium water heater with a 40 gallon tall. Modern day 40 gallon water heaters wouldn’t fit through the door way. Installed a new emergency shut off valve for the water heater.

Service to run k60 from roof vent. Ran video camera and found the original 70 year old cast iron and terracotta. Main sewer must be replaced. Recommend replacing drains and waterlines underneath the home as well. Recommend not running too much water as the drain 100% will back up again. No warranty can be applied to snaking the drain as roots and large bellies were found in the main sewer.

Will remove ABS sewer main and replace with PVC while rising pipe to correct back pitch allowing for optimal flow. Will include all lateral tie inns as needed for correcting pitch. Replaced about 20 ft. Of sewer under mobile home with correct pitch.
