Snaked laundry drain through Cleanout and ran lots of hot water it was draining good. Also replaced hose bib next to the front door. All was tested and good no leaks

Bathroom upstairs had handle that would over rotate. Disassembled trim and noticed cartridge needed replacing. I replaced moen posi temp cartridge and tested all is good reinstalled trim and showed customer the difference.

*Re work kitchen drain line Not the original kitchen sink to home. When they installed new sink with new disposer, they didn’t account for the deeper bowl and rigged it up. Cut out portion of 2” drain line and built back new with new studor vent.

Returning tomorrow to make repair. Needs to be my last call tomorrow.

Service to unjam garbage disposal. Found broken glass and food stuck in the disposer. Made sure all of the glass and food was removed and added ice to the disposer to sharpen the blades. No warranty can be applied as glass was found inside of the disposer.

Unable to identify water loss within a 4 bathroom home built with Uponor pex materials. Verified toilets, irrigation, water softener, and even the hot water side are not factors contributing to this small of a leak. Client is losing less than 1/10th of a gallon of water per minute. No charge for todays visit as we were unable to identify the source of loss.

Replaced customer supplied water heater

Did tankless flush and cleaned out unit. Customer is selling property.

Service to unjam garbage disposal in kitchen sink. Cleaned kitchen faucet head to get it to function properly again.

Diagnostic on Navien

Move gas fittings and hookup gas stove.

Quoted customer for water treatment systems and shower cartridge/shower head replacements. Diagnosed water heater, no error codes at the moment. Cleaned screen at flush valve kit and removed/cleaned air intake screen. No gas leaks detected. We are going to schedule return visit for Friday to call customer service and diagnose further.

Water heater maintenance service call. Went through water heater tune-up checklist and ensured proper operation. Offered membership instead of diagnostic fee

Service to rough in new Tub, Lavatory drain, shower drain, and toilet drain. We will also be roughing in water to these fixtures. Matt’s is not responsible for tile/ concrete removal and disposal. We will return to set tub and tub fixture and shower fixture once tile md cement install completes.

Unable to diagnose due to customer reset and no information of error code. Informed customer to call when error code is present.

Found Moen Faucet Mounting Nut came loose. Tightened nut and used liquid nail on base of deck for extra support. Tested and found no issues with hot water. Customer confirmed hot water is good at faucet.

Estimate to install customer supplied Roman tub valve, 2 moen 1222 cartridges with new customer supplied trim kits, and provide and install new full port brass shut off valves underneath the master bathroom lavatory sink for the Roman tub.
