Gave pricing for new water lines to Roman tub to remove the poly lines going to the Roman tub. Also need new shower cartridge that we will throw in for free.

Replaced fittings on hot side of pipe, insured no leakage.

Estimate provided to make a 1” pvc main waterline repair at the water meter to eliminate the gross water loss occurring at the street.

Quoting to repair existing softener and replacement options.

Needs new flange to raise the flange. Flooring company laid new flooring over old flooring which lowered the flange even more. Customer is going to attempt calling the flooring company to see if they will do anything about it

Estimate provided for a new water system replacement to take place in a 1979 copper home. Client is currently experiencing a very high volume leak in the front yard caused by a very large tree. Recommended immediate replacement because the repair would cost almost $3000.00.

Another plumbing company has done a good amount of work on the property and we have identified a few mistakes that need to be corrected. That being said, we do not know what other mistakes there are that we can’t visibly see. As we go through fixing and re installing fixtures, we will make aware of other mistakes as we come across them, if at all. Yesterday, I provided a free estimate for installing new toilets in three bathrooms of a residential home. The quote included the removal of old units and installation of Toto Drake elongated bowl toilets, known for their water efficiency and durability. The estimate covered all necessary supplies, including wax rings, supply lines, and bolts. I explained the benefits of these models in terms of water conservation and overall cost savings, ensuring the homeowner understood the value of the upgrade.

Ao smith water softener and filter installed on home about 3 months ago. The drain to the filter is not corrected properly and spraying the wall which is causing the yellow color on the wall. I recommend to replace the units with the better quality systems that will last long and be installed correctly. The units installed are not best quality and will need the resin replaced every 5 years. Our units are 10 year’s maintenance free and only require 3-4 bags of salt every 6 months. Are units are also built for Florida weather outside and will make your water quality system great. We also offer a uv light for the water system that would kill any bacteria in the water usually recommended on well systems

*Replace emergency shut off x3 *Replace Fill valve in MB toilet Could not re create a mainline backup. After investigating the drain system, I found that the GB toilet fill valve needed to be replaced. Toilet filling very slow. Customer made me aware of his concern with the toilet supply. Emergency shut off. It was pretty tight. I also noticed corrosion on copper piping at toilet supply angle stop and underneath the lavatory sink. I replaced the emergency shut offs and replaced fill valve inside toilet.

First sink replaced p trap cut old one out and re installed new p trap up to basket strainer also installed one supply line. All was tested no leaks Next sink needed both supply lines flipped as they were crossed, flipped lines over and tested all is good no leaks. Next sink that was clogged since it’s been installed I attempted to snake the line but once inside the wall I couldn’t go any further. I attempted multiple times but nothing. I used my small camera to see sewer waste arm and it has what appears to be a large pvc or plastic cover or cap In the drain. Can’t remove without cutting open wall and sewer

No charge for todays visit. Client does not have a plumbing related leak in the home. Water, HVAC, and everything else in attic is dry. ONKY sign of moisture was on the clients sun style can light in the kitchen.

*Pull and Reset GB toilet Wax ring failure. Pulled toilet to replace and reset. Toilet had some movement from side to side. Installed rubber shims to correct this issue.

Warranty. Removed rag from shower drain left over from jetting yesterday.
