Installed moen m-core trim and found concrete in guest shower drain.
Service to snake the main drain entering the home through the 4” Sch 40 PVC cleanout just outside of the entryway of the home. Identified a large blockage of toilet paper inside of the main line connecting the front hall bathroom line. Able to clear line with cabling/ video camera.

Price only includes cutting edges of template hole to complete installing mounting brackets for kitchen sink. Will mount and secure kitchen sink. Price does not include hooking up or installing any drains or faucet. We are not responsible for any damage that should occur to countertop during or after installation.
Service to install a double vanity with new countertop, under mount sinks, and widespread faucets in master bath. Service to hand wall mounted lavatory sink, faucet, drains, etc. Service to move cold side and drain up in wall of hall bathroom. Service to install a new round front toilet in the hall bathroom. Service to reconnect fridge and install dishwasher. Price includes all parts, labor, etc. Matt’s is not responsible for drywall, painting, stucco, etc.

Service to install a customer supplied kitchen faucet, reset toilet in the hall bathroom, install a 14” rough toilet in the master (Matt’s Providing at No Charge), install customer supplied trim kit for the outdoor shower, and finalize the hookup on the laundry system in the guest room. Matt’s will also need to redo drains and water for the Master bathroom as the clients GC used shark bite fittings which would void any warranties from Uponor.
