Inspection of unit 52 Water damage evident at living room wall just passed the kitchen area, moisture readings, extremely high at baseboard and drywall no moisture level opposite kitchen wall the only plumbing line running in that direction is the icemaker line that is not connected to the refrigerator, but there is no moisture readings behind the fridge and no evidence of leak at the kitchen wall further investigation shows that the water damaged area is an exterior wall where there is a water treatment unit that will discharge massive amounts of water every time it goes through a regeneration cycle, likely cause of water damage is exterior penetration Inspection of wet bar area shows water damage with lower moisture readings at the bottom of the cabinet. There is a new P-trap with a new connection for the drain sink was run. There are no evident leaks at this time.
