Job Locations and Reviews
Service provided to make an attempt to identify an old two handle style shower valve in the left rear bathroom. Found it to be an old delta stem style shower valve. The internals of the valve body are deteriorating to the point that rebuilding will not be a viable option for repair. Estimate provided to replace valve body.

Poly piping bursted under home. Explained we cannot repair without repiping the home. Provided estimate. Customer is going to let us know.
Attempted to snake through the Wastearm of the lavatory sink in the bathroom. Unable to get anything to go through lavatory drain as its 1950s galvanized. Recommended rerouting the drainline.
*Cleared kitchen sink stoppage thru waste arm with auger machine and 5/8 cables.
Customer called us out due to drains backing up in the building. Building is on septic and the clean out in front of the septic tank is full of water. Septic tank hasn’t been pumped in 4-5 years. Customer must call a septic company to have the tank pumped and inspected.

Pulled toilet, snaked line and pulled back lots of wipes. Reset toilet and flushing properly now. Customer also has a leak under the home with the poly piping and I explained we are not legally able to repair with out repiping the m/h. She is going to talk to her boyfriend and let us know about it.
*Installed Moen posi-temp tub/shower valve complete with trim in the upstairs GB. 1 year parts and labor warranty
Estimate provided for whole house water system replacement to remove old PolyB as it is not linger an insurable product.
